Nice place, streets always clean. Security is always friendly, waving everyone in without checking or announcing visitors.

I moved into the park in 2007 and was forced to move out and sell both of my mobile homes in January of 2022. Not only was I a resident but also a vendor for the Sun home community. Once I stopped giving management (Elisa) and her puppy maintenance guy a kickback for the jobs they were sending me. Due to the fact that I was asked to charge for jobs that didn't need work done to them and I could give them a percentage kickback I stopped giving them kickbacks. That is when it all started. I got kicked out of the park. Which I was having a house build in another state. Not only does management or office staff do anything for the community but the owner is the same way

Good morning, I have lived here in Goldcoaster for over 10 years. I want to inform you that the management here (address 34850 SW 187 th Ave Homestead 33034, office) does not comply with the rules by doing very illegal things behind your back. They are taking over mobile homes, selling the property at a price and declaring it as if they sold it for less money. They are stealing resources and do not take care of the place at all. They only bother the residents and treat the communities that live here very badly. In addition, the office workers live here on rent, which is also illegal. They do not want to work, they spend their time in the office talking and eating, and when someone goes to tell them about any irregularities, they treat them badly. There are many of us here who know about all the illegal things that are being done here. Please do something. This place has always been too nice for someone to put to work here in the office to destroy it.

First time that a MH neighborhood is so pretty and clean! The environment is fantastic, all the MH are in great conditions, with enough space for a patio and a garage. I even told my husband it could be a nice place to move in.

Very clean, use to be. That was over 10 years. 430.00 a month. Now over price sorry but everyone is gouging!!!! Don't live in Florida city very dangerous!!!. Look up reviews in Florida city police dept. It's changed for the worse, so has homestead. Police Officers are overworked, my heart goes out to them.

RV review: Good place of you need to stay a night or two while visiting the Everglades or Biscayne National Parks. Would not recommend for a longer stay. We were here for 1 week and that was 5 days too long. It is mostly manufactured homes community with a few empty lots they let RVs stay in. We were here the week of New Years and the trash area was locked. We had to go in the office and ask to throw our garbage away and have someone open the gate for us (was rude and acted like I was bothering him). Tried to call once and pushed all the prompt numbers to get someone in the office but ended up talking to someone from the Sun Communities customer service that had no desire to help me with my trash and hung up on me. Either we were here on the worst week or they don't really like RVers. Wifi included but not available at the site.

It was very clean, pool area is beautiful. This is a mobile home park and they rent out empty spots to RVs. We got here and they said we didn't have reservations, we showed them our email confirmation. A half hour later we were given a site. Went to site and someone was already there. Drove back to gate waited another half hour and given another site. Went to it and someone was already there. Drove back to gate and you guessed it another half hour. We driven all day and want out of the truck. Drove to 3rd site and set up. We then was leaving to go find dinner and man at gate (very nice man, not his fault) told us he put us on wrong site and if rvers showed up we would have to move. It's 5:30 we're all set up and I explained we were not moving. I called Sun RV and left message, they did not return my call. Wifi only works at the office. I will not stay here or with Sun RV again.
