Smaller campground. Buy great people. I unfortunately was broke down near this campground. The staff allowed us to use the sanitary dump station and even shower. (Very clean) Without breaking the bank. The staff was extremely nice and helpful to us being over 1800 miles from home.

Pros:The park is walking distance from old town. The poeple at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. Cons: Water pressure is very low, under 40lbs. 😕 Spaces are a bit tight but was able to get all 3 slides out and still had about 6ft in front of the door. You can hear the busy roadway.

This is an urban rv park with 51 close spaces. It is well located for touring the area, the staff was great, and the restrooms updated and 5 of 5 clean. It is not a destination RV resort, but provides a good launching point for the Colorado Springs area.

Teresa was the one who checked us in and she was absolutely fabulous! She was so nice, helpful, and friendly. Someone needs to pay her $50 an hour to answer the phones at the IRS. The lot was extremely small and right next to a busy road so it was loud. The showers were nice and new!

We enjoyed our stay at Goldfield RV Park! All of the staff were amazing! We loved waking up and grabbing a free coffee at the office and getting advice on where to explore in the area from the friendly staff! The bathrooms and laundry were super clean, and the rest of the park was also well maintained. The location was great for all the attractions we visited while in Colorado Springs. Thank you to Brandon, Trint, Teresa, and Jane for your hospitality during our stay!

I spoke with Ed asking if there was any availability for us just for one night. He was so kind and comforting. Course we made a reservation. Never staying here before, sorta didn't know what to expect. What a nice surprise for arriving a little later than expected - he saved us a spot right up front! What a pretty well-kept park. The parking being somewhat full, the spacing between us and others was appropriate and comfortable. Lots of trees for shade. Easy to pull in. Convenient to the highway and open year 'round. When passing through, we'd sure stay here again!

Biggest issue with this park is how tight the units are parked next to each other. Obviously the management is so concerned about profits that there is no interest in the quality of the RV experience. No picnic tables, grills or grassy patches. Basically parking in the back parking lot of O'Reilly's auto parts. And very noisy, on the corner of two busy noisy streets. It appears to be mostly a residential court with a few sites available for travelers. Bathrooms and showers were available and clean.

As a long time resident of the campground, I truly enjoyed it. Staff was extremely friendly and bathrooms were clean every day. When there was snow, it would be plowed early morning. Not to mention how great the location is. I have made lifelong friends here thanks to Goldfield.
