Park not kept up and maintained on a regular basis. Concrete broken with lots missing stone or gravel. Also feels unsafe due to inadequate lights at night. High lot rent with no benefits compared to other parks in the area.

A little hard to find but worth the search. The manager was pleasant and helpful. The location was quiet and clean. The lot was tight with our 32 ft trailer but not to bad. The showers were the cleanest I've seen in any rv park I've ever stayed at.

Manager took lessons from Adolf. If she does not like you, she will find an excuse to fine you $50. No security, no cameras. Riff raff will come in to scope out what can be stolen, and park in back to do drugs. Water pipes break often. Park is kept clean, though. 90% of residents are nice. Management sucks.

We spent 2 months at this park. Manager was very accommodating. Everyone was very friendly. Loved the proximity to hiking and biking trails. Very quiet park. Convenient to shopping area.

My elderly cousin stayed there 4 years until the new manager can into Play. She is a no good person who is a control freak. Very unprofessional and tells him how many people can visit him etc. She lived there like 6 months and became manager. She started cleaning out the people she didn't like. And also took my cousin trailer from him ,how she did it we will find out soon. He was payed up on his rent ECT. We have proof when we take her to court. All I have to say is be ready to go to jail. Have a nice day.

This is a great place to stay! We loved it so much we stayed longer. It's an older park that is being updated all the time. It's quiet, clean and Nilda and Barry are terrific people. Any thing you need just ask and they will do for you. Great club house with a lovely kitchen with tables and chairs. Baths are nice and clean, laundry room is spacious and has a clothes line outside incase you want to air dry. Beautiful garden in back with many tasty veggies and if you see something you would like to eat, just ask. Parking is easy, level and a concrete slab to set up your tables. The people are so welcoming and everyone was a pleasure to talk with. We made many new friends here and can't wait to get back next winter. So much to see and do and it's easy to get to staying here. Great location, all the shopping needs easily nearby. See you again!
