This was just an overnight stay for us and our 20 foot travel trailer (we did not disconnect). We reserved a site (504) but when we arrived, the site was occupied with another RV that looked like it had been there for a while. When I inquired inside the hotel (where you register), no one seemed to know what was going on. Finally an employee named either Cody or Colby really helped us out and we were given site 601. At the time, we were relying on campground Wi-Fi for internet and it was OK on site 504 but essentially nonexistent on site 601 (get a site closer to the hotel if you want a Wi-Fi signal). We did not explore any of the amenities and just stayed on our site and in our RV until we checked out the next morning. Nothing special here but OK for an overnight ($53/full hook up).

This campground was not as bad as the reviews indicate. Front desk staff were very friendly and it was convenient for a quick overnight stop. The laundry facilities were great and their extra large dryer dried an entire load of laundry in 8 minutes. We were disappointed that use of the fitness room was an extra $12/pp. This campground was already overpriced (for what you get) and certainly the fitness center and pool should be included in the price. We would stay here again for an overnight solely for the convenience.

The long-term spots are not as nice as short term. We were without water for 36 hours. Then, when we questioned about early departure, we were told $600 or more in a refund. We actually departed 3 days earlier than we said, and we only received $552. If you price it out, we should have gotten $720. It is not recommended for long-term, very few amenities. Laundry facilities are not clean, and machines are ill repair. Shower facilities are not clean. I'm not a fan of the showers at all. There is nothing to do there. The grass area for campsites are not maintained. Then you do have the option to use the pool and hot tub at and cost for RV people. The hot tub was broken down our entire stay of 1.5 weeks. The sewer hookup was to high out of the ground. $1200 a month is too high for the rental of campsite

Stayed here for a month. The sites are level, good hookups (power is good, no long hoses needed). Staff is fairly friendly, lol. The area is great! Dollar general next door, dairy queen next to that, ace hardware that has propane next to that. In town they have a pizza place, and a few other things like a driving range, etc. The only drawback is price, but it's near Fargo, and it is what that area charges. I liked it.

This place was great! Check in for the RV park is inside the hotel. As are the showers. And the showers are great. Great water pressure and great temperature. The RV sites are clean and level. The hookups are modern and all were working great. The laundry is extremely clean, but loads are a bit over priced. We stayed two nights to take a break from our long distance move. We picked this location because we thought our 4 kids would enjoy the indoor water park. They did and even my wife and I had fun in it, although it is a separate cost to use for RV guests. The price is not too high to complain about though. The hot tub is large, hot and the jets are good and strong. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here, and the indoor water park is a lot of fun for 4 kids and adults that have been stuck in an RV for almost two weeks. Based on previous reviews, this place may get packed and rowdy during the summer months, but during our stay it was mostly empty, with respectable guests.

Go somewhere else UNLESS you want to party loudly every night into the next morning!! If you like trashy trailer parks, this is the place to stay. If you are looking for a quiet, clean place to relax, this RV Park is not for you. Sites are overgrown, buggy, muddy & there are potholes on the roads. My site had trash in it from whoever was there before us. Water pressure was low most of our stay. The 1 park dumpster was overflowing the whole time we were there (4 days) & the 1 hotel dumpster was also overflowing. The sewage is in the weeds with 1 large stone & half of a cinder block near it. Look for those, and you will find your sewer hole. The long-term campers party loudly EVERY SINGLE NIGHT till 2am or after. Hotel staff said that was normal. Their website doesn't say there are quiet hours, so that makes sense now that I've looked closer for it. Random truck revving and motorcycle revving is a thing every night around 11pm to 2am. One RV a spot over from us STARTED shooting LOUD fireworks at their site at 2:30am on July 7th. The other site next to us was empty, so I found out from staff that the empty spots are where the parties move to. We unfortunately had an empty spot next to us, so the partying continued every night next to us. The majority of the park is long-term pipeliners and welders, so they work hard to party hard there.

This campground is 3 stars for a reason, it reflects the time you will have here. It may be ok for a quick stop if you can't boondock, but don't stay for months like we did, 3mo. There is so much deferred maintenance in the park, laundry area, waterpark, and workout space on top of the fact that they don't do background checks for their employees working the hospitality desk in the hotel. The one redeeming quality was how kind, Moana the manager, was when we interacted with her. This included replacing a window after her worker mowed a rock into it. I hope they can get better help and shape this ship up.

Do NOT stay here. Ad says paved parking: pure fraud: there is no pavement in the park, at all. No trees. Just gravel and dead grass. Everything run-down. Had to share water with a permanent resident next door. Waaaaay over-priced: $58 for nothing. Day’s Inn (with whom it is associated), should be ashamed of themselves.

This place is very overpriced. Sites are small and unkempt. WiFi is non existent. Nothing else to comment on….because there is nothing else. The only good thing I can think of is it is convenient to the interstate and our particular site is level. Highway noise is loud because of the proximity. If you just really need a place to stop for the night then stop here. Otherwise keep on driving.
