Location was great, beautiful rv park, close to the train station and historic Route 66. Only complaint was there was no grass for dogs and you are literally right next to the train tracks, so you hear trains at all hours of the night. But the train ride to the Grand Canyon was wonderful and so fun!!

Excellent Park, with FHU 30-50amp. Sites are level, long, and easy to get into. Spaces to ark vehicle if needed. Staff friendly. Good directions. Was a convenient park for us to catch the train to Grand Canyon and to explore Williams. We have a 40 ft 5th wheel and a F350 longbed dually.

Williams was a great central location for our trips to the Grand Canyon and to Sedona. Both were about an hour away from the RV park. The park wasn’t anything special, seemed a bit more like a parking lot, and would be just fine for a quick overnight stop. There are regular trains that go through town at all hours of the day and night that you can hear and may wake you up at night with their horns. It is easy walking distance to the “downtown” for a walk through some of their shops and/or a meal. It’s also walking distance to a Safeway. Staff at the park were helpful, although we didn’t need much.

Stayed at the RV park, you’re close to everything Williams has to offer. Great location the Hotel share their amenities with the RV park. It includes an indoor pool and hot tub The hotel has a restaurant and bar, and there is a brewery and distillery with food across the street. You will hear trains throughout the night so if you are sensitive to noise stay at an rv park further out of town but if you want to be close to everything and walk great location.

We stayed at the RV park. Our second time here. Lots are spaced out so you do not feel cramped. You get to use the amenities if the hotel which is very nice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to downtown Williams plus there is a great brewery restaurant right across the street. We will be back

We stayed in the rv park. Very nice paved level site. It is right next to the tracks, but we didn't find it that bad. On the plus side you are within walking g distance to downtown Williams and restaurants. Walk to train station also. We aren't traveling with kids but it looked like a nice play area near office.

Great rv park right on the railroad for the Grand Canyon. Super convenient to catch the train to the Grand Canyon. Also super convenient to Historic Williams and all the restaurants and grocery store. Nice paved spots with full hookup.Spots are a hair close together. Check in was easy and the lady was super sweet. Love this park.

Great experience, first time in Arizona coming from Florida. The only downside are the trains at night, bring ear plugs 🫡🤔. Other than that easy process and everything clean. I traveled on 40ft motorhome plus 20ft trailer. 65ft lot did it for me. Comfortable. Ty. Will come back.

We’re a family of 6 and stayed in a pull-through 50amp full hookup site — and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup! The site was spacious enough for our large rig and tow vehicle, with plenty of room for the kids to spread out and play. The hookups were easy to access and worked perfectly during our stay. The location is ideal — right next to the train depot and within walking distance of downtown Williams. We loved how easy it was to hop on the Grand Canyon Railway for a fun and scenic day trip to the canyon. Plus, having access to the hotel pool, fitness room, and laundry was a huge bonus for a big family like ours. The park was clean, quiet at night, and felt safe, which gave us peace of mind. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to any families looking to explore the Grand Canyon area with all the comforts of home.

Not a bad spot. Clean bathroom laundry. Small store. Check in was swift and friendly. Convenience to the train depot. The site was paved and levelish. W-S-E we all mid site. They will send out emails if issues ( ex: we had power outage in 60 mph winds) Its Fairy quiet -train exception and some neighbors talking at 6am. Was full on Sunday, started emptying out on Monday. They need to rework the exit there's a lamppost, fire hydrant, trash bin and parking lot right at the turn - this manageable only if nobody is parked. You can see others have had issues with navigating. No fault of campground! Trains: Sun 3&5am Mon 2-4-6am Tues 3-4-5-6. They kind of sneak up on you. Just blow the horn 3-4 times, then its quite again. Hillbillies: those with no muffler letting everyone know there driving - only encountered this twice around 11p All considered I'd stay again.
