You pay a premium price for a mid grade property. Gentleman was a very nice man & the property offers the amenities one would want or need. The issue is however what is the overall condition of those amenities? The internet would not work & while he reset it & one attempted to type it into the address bar as instructed still no internet service. I would never stay here again even if they gave me a free lifetime pass.

Located on the interstate frontage road this medium sized park has medium sized full hook up sits on gravel or concrete strip pads with grass between. There are both back in and pull through sites. The road noise from the interstate was very minor with no horns or engine brakes. The bathhouse was clean and functional. They fill propane bottles.

We spent one night. Quiet. Near interstate but minimal traffic noise. Full hook-up pull-thru. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. A few long-term campers but not as bad as some reviews seem.

This RV park was wonderful! We were traveling between two race tracks, and we checked in late and needed a late checkout. The cost was NOT an additional day, it was only $3 per hour needed. They are such friendly people, allow pets which is a must for us, and have clean, very nice bathhouses and laundry room. The pool was so clean, cool, and perfect for such a hot day! I only wish we could have a place like this closer to home on the river! You will not regret staying here!

Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Close to the interstate, so convenient but noise was not a terrible issue. Sights in back do have more elbow room, but either way it was a nice stop.

We came in for an overnight stay, nice campsites, grassy areas between sites, concrete strips to park truck and trailer, level to 1 row of short blocks, laundry on site. We ran out of propane during the night and the owner drove over with his vehicle to pick up the tanks, filled them and brought them back to the camper, VERY reasonable prices for both the site and the propane! Nice guy, great customer service!

This is a pretty place. Tree lined, shady, grassy areas. Seasonal Swimming pool, shower facilities. Bar & grill must operate in seasonal fashion. Seems well kept, except for beware where you walk!!! Doggie owners are NOT picking up after their pets, and its everywhere around your campsite. Sad, and disgusting when its on your shoes & its not your pet! Quiet, full hookups, long pull-throughs and back-ends. We are 65 foot and did not have to unhook our tow vehicle for overnight stay. Gravel roads, concrete tire paths.

Wonderful experience. Needed a quick, quiet stop on the way back to Colorado. Owner was super helpful on the phone, easy late check in. They also honor our Veterans with a discount. Fuel was very close. Highly recommend

From the start, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The price was awesome for our 3-night stay and the hookups worked as advertised. WiFi was not very good, probably due to the number of users. We were able to stream movies on my wife’s computer on Plex while tethered to our Verizon phone. Our site was a pull-through with lots of room. A little un-level and had to use chalks on one side. We used the laundry facility and there were several washers/dryers. $2 to wash then $2 to dry a batch of clothes. They provided quarters at the front desk. Grounds were clean as well as the washer/dryer area. I peeked in at one of the bathroom/showers they have available and they looked clean and roomy. (We just used our camper). Would definitely stay here again!

Affordable campground with gravel pull through spots. Full hook-ups. Laundry and showers are great. The salt water pool was all to ourselves. Great place to stop on your way through the area. Great western apparel store nearby and options for gas. Easy access to and from the highway. Recommend!
