Not sure what to write here about “rooms”. Communication was difficult. Mainly because I was not aware that all communication would be by text. Disappointed in inability to speak with anyone onsite. And site assigned was not suited to my rig. Disappointing experience overall. I would suggest that short term RVers be put in front of park with easy in and easy out pull throughs.

I wish I had known about this location a long time ago! Every thing from the check in, laundry, mail pick up and convenience was great! We stayed a little over a month while in waiting for our house to be ready to move into. And everyone was great while there!

A nice clean and quiet park We stayed for four months and enjoyed our stay. It’s very clean and well maintained landscaping with laundry and restroom facilities. We were within an hour of the mountains to the west and Denver to the south or Fort Collins to the north.

Such a nice place and nice owners/management. Super helpful with any and everything, just ask. We were here for a month and half for work. Everyone kept to themselves but are friendly still when crossing paths. Such a quiet and safe atmosphere. I walked the park every morning and never had any issues. Friendly maintenance staff. Laundry was nice as they have two laundry rooms. One with 6 each and one with 4 each. No coins, only cards accepted, but i never had an issue with my card being overcharged. $2.50 a load, but the dryers are hot and run for 60 min so you can dry two loads with that. Vending machines, mailroom, big gallon water dispenser for jugs of water. Bathrooms and showers well kept and cleaned regularly (i often ran into the cleaning lady-so nice). Rates are very fair. On the outside of Greeley, close to shopping and grocery. Thank you Greely R V park and the nice office ladies for all your help, from filling the application out to answering all my questions. Your customer service was so appreciated. God bless!

The park was fine and staff were great. We did not use the showers or laundry. I thought I was told it was just outside of Estes Park. Unfortunately I did not do enough checking and had 1 1/2 hr drive to Rocky Mountains Park every day.

Everything about this park is pretty good except the Young office lady. She seems like she doesn’t care about her job or give a crap about what’s going on. I’ve been waiting on propane for five hours. It seems excruciating hard for her to lift a finger and call The Man (Michael) to fill my tanks Last time… And the times before that …. It was a matter of 10 minutes and I even give him a tip but to her, it’s the world’s biggest problem and inconvenience. North desk lady should be ashamed

Horrible place they complain about everything and fine you for everything they like to harass you for everything and wen you move out thay make a bogus recipe that you used 250 of electricity for they don't give you your deposit back and answer for 300 dollars deposit for a pet ans say you don't have a pet deposit the rv park in Evans is more honest then these people Ps if anything brakes on the property they put it on the bill as a service fee for the whole park that way they don't pay for there back up septic and it backs up a lot and smells horrible in the summer Update: there you go again lying 🤥 what outstanding bills i paid all my bills you must be confusing me with 601 the guy that didn't pay you and ran off without paying and I have all the proof that everything was paid for and in times I paid 2 weeks ahead of time Don't reserve here trust me you don't want the drama

We stayed here for a few months. Quiet RV park with longterm tenants as we were at the time. Package and mail system was great. Laundry facilities were very good as well. Sites were super close together but it wasn’t full so we got lucky and didn’t have immediate neighbors. Overall a decent spot to stay. Out of the city but only a mile away.

Stayed for about two months and overall had a really great experience! As with all parks, there are pros and cons. Pros - great laundry facilities, easy to get packages, less than an hours drive from Denver and a lot of other great tourist type places, refillable drinking water on site for $0.50 a gallon (same as Walmart) and amazing community of people! Cons - it does look run down (it’s really not that bad) and Greeley in general smells (no fault of the campground - it’s farm country) Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about the campground itself. Most people staying are long term which really gives it that feel of a neighborhood. If I’m ever back in that area, I will stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for alittle over 6 weeks...Nice location with easy on/off access to the nearby highway. The shower and laundry facilities were great and they have a mail room for their guests which worked out great for getting our orders from Amazon. The staff was friendly and professional...Overall a good stay at an affordable price. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the Greeley area.
