Perfect little campground that is extremely family friendly. Allows pets but you don't hear barking or see them off leash. Great location, clean shower and bathrooms. Super affordable, we'll be back for sure.

Literally next door to Storyland -- can't get a better location. This place has the quiet charm of bygone days. Simple, clean facilities and no frills campsites underpin this rustic campground experience. Nightly wagonrides with a little sweet treat for kids, simple playground with swings and slides, large pool that is kept tidy and clean -- all are just the right antidote to the overwhelm and onrush of modern life. Reservations are made over the phone only, so be prepared.

Moved from Michigan to stay here from june to october ended up finding a place and left august talked to him weeks before actually leaving letting him know the plan asked if we could get a refund for the months we planned on staying for but didn’t, he told us we would work something out when time came closer. Continued to ask about it as time came closer he still blew it off. The day we moved out it took about a week after we moved for us to show up for the money we were owned back. He ended up giving us not even half of what we paid for the last two months of us NOT staying. The time we stayed ALL staff were completely rude. Quiet time is at 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. We got yelled at for watching a movie at 10:30 even got a flashlight flashed INSIDE my tent where me and my wife sleep! But got woken up at 5-6 a.m. almost everyday to people yelling and kids screaming running up and down the road. Won’t be going back again.

Nice family campground. We stopped by and asked if there was room for one night and they had. It felt like the families where having fun, kids roaming safely everywhere. It got quiet at night.

I love this campground! Perfect area right in between Mt Washington and the Kancamangus highway, close to downtown North Conway, Dunkins, grocery store and gas nearby. Walking distance to Storyland. Super clean bathrooms and showers, friendly staff. They allow dogs which is amazing and even allowed us to check out late on Sunday so we could go for a motorcycle ride before heading back home! 5 stars. Family friendly and surprisely affordable! We will absolutely stay here again.

Very nice camping area. Spacious, private sites, nice, wide roads, next door to Story Land for the little tykes. Very near Conway and Fryeburg Very reasonable rates. Will likely come again.

Recently stayed there from Friday evening until Sunday morning. Easy walk to both Storyland and Living shores Aquarium. Showers and bathrooms throughout the park were spotless. Super friendly staff, very clean campground with sites well set up for privacy. Has a nice playground and pool for kids. Only downside is the playground has gravel instead of wood or rubber chips. Daughter slid to hard down the slide and got a scratch. We all loved staying there and definitely Will stay there on our next trip that way.

This is a wonderful family camping area! Family owned and run, they are welcoming and have all the amenities. Bathrooms are cleaned daily and monitored throughout, showers are hot and clean, there's even coin laundry on premises. Small, safe and quiet 👍🏻 Family entertainment and live music on the weekend and right next to Story land. We will be back!

I don't often leave reviews...but, had to leave one. We stayed here for one night (which they waived the 2 night minimum for us though we were happy to pay for 2, so that was nice) this past weekend while we were in the area for a wedding. They will SCREAM at you if you go over 5 miles an hour. We were going 6 miles an hour and there were no children nearby...but then when you ARE going 5 mph, there are children literally walking in the middle of the road. There was a huge group screaming and yelling when we arrived in the afternoon to set up camp before the wedding. We returned back to our site a little after 10 pm and decided to walk around the campground, and ended up making some friends with a group. We were hanging around the fire quietly talking and 2 staff people came up to the site yelling at us to put out the fires and to go to bed, and that apparently this group had "driven away other campers" and that they had called the cops and they were on their way. Surely calling the cops is far more disruptive?! We were NOT being loud in the slightest, we were all hyper aware of the "quiet hours" so we were sure to keep it quiet while we were chatting. But don't worry...at 5 am there were screaming babies and yelling children all over the place. Weird experience, won't camp here again.

LOVE it here! So safe for my kids and dog friendly. Large sites, some wooded and some open in the fields. Steve the owner and daughter Maggie are fantastic! Swimming pool and live music! Location is perfect-next to storyland and within driving distance to N.Conway and other great locations. Staff is BEYOND amazing and so friendly! Only place we ever go camping.
