Amazing campground and hosts. We had a wheel bearing issue on the way up which delayed us an hour and they were extremely accommodating. Let us leave the camper on the site for an extra day while we waited for a tow truck. There’s a great hiking trail to a pond 5 miles down the road with great views. Will be going back

Wonderful campground! Gary was absolutely wonderful to myself and my family. The sites as well as the pool, showers and bathrooms are well maintained, and the views from the pool and field area are stunning. Thank you for such an awesome stay! We will 100% be back again!

This is our 4th time visiting this campsite and it just gets better and better. Hosts Joanne and Gary are very accommodating with any of your camping needs. The sites are very picturesque, some are surround by flowers and trees. The pool area is lovely you can lay there and look out to the mountains. Everything is well maintained. Highly recommend.

Love this campground. Stayed here 2 separate times while hiking the 4000 footers in Vermont. It was a great central location. Gary was very responsive through email and just a nice guy. It was quiet and very clean with nice warm showers available after a day of hiking. Has a great pool and some very cute goats to visit with. Not far from town, for groceries and a great sandwich shop.

Great experience with Gary and Joanne, and family. We were greeted by the goats and guided to the site. Bathrooms and showers well maintained and the camp was very quiet. They do a really nice job. And i recommend highly. Thanks

A lovely, beautifully located, spick and span campground owned and run by two wonderful human beings (the owners) is how I would sum up our experience at this campground. We had the tenting experience here and I have to say - it’s Tenter’s paradise. Tucked under the thick layer of woods, carefully carved out sites with ample open space and a lot of activities for kids - to me it makes quite effortless and easy to choose this place again for our next camping trip - especially when you have kids in your party. Gary and Joanne - The Owners, take it personally and go an extra mile to make sure there is no people-over-people scenario , you get what you want - while they take care of your last minute requests. Both the owners are very simple, sweet, helping and ones who will make sure that the campground rules are followed strictly. Its the discipline and rule following too of theirs , that makes this place a great one for family camping. Overall, a superlative experience here with some indelible memories. Thank you Green Mountain Family CampGround team for offering us the richness of the camping experience and leaving us with the sweet taste. May God Bless you and you grow in leaps an bounds.

I enjoyed my stay at Green Mountain Family Campground very much. Gary, the owner, went out of his way to accommodate my wife and I. This is a family owned operation where the owners believe in hard work and taking care of the customers. I felt welcome here and look forward to returning.

My pup & I stayed here for a long weekend in July 2021. The campground is clean with nice landscaping. The campsites were large and level. The showers and bathrooms were clean. I can’t say enough about the hosts & how nice they were. It takes a lot of work in owning / running a campground and you can tell they take pride in it.

Gary, the owner, greeted us when we arrived and showed us several campsites from which we could select. His intention and working policy is to make his customers happy. In our estimation, he succeeded tenfold. GMFC is a beautiful and restful location. Wee will return.
