Greenwood heated storage is a mediocre fill-a-box-with-your-collectibles-or-whatever facility. Their website and payment systems are pretty janky. I asked the office if the could refund me for the month seeing as they charged me for a month on the 28th, then I moved out on the 30th. The gentleman there was just like "uh our system can't do that", sure guy do your job or whatever, you're fine. But come on this doesn't seem hard to correct even if your small business is still ran on windows xp. Bro can't just be charging someone for a month for 2 days of your rent-a-closet. Unit was storing paintings and was completely undamaged.

Outstanding in all ways - traveling through town I needed temporary storage for a month, these great people took care of me -- superlative - easy access - great location - you get to keep the lock when you're done! I give this facility my highest recommendation - FAR better than the Fortune 500 corporate storage facilities around town

I stored some stuff here for about 4 years. Very secure place and maintained nicely. Friendly staff too. Also have mail boxes for rent. I highly recommend Greenwood Storage!

Facility is secure, clean, and well maintained, and they have a good variety of unit sizes- I have moved between a few as my needs have changed.
