Just had my unit broken into yesterday. An employee for Guard Dog Storage told me, "Yeah, there have been a lot of cars driving in lately. I'll have to look at the security tapes to see if there are any cars I don't recognize." Does this sound lame or what. I thought I was paying for security. This business does worse than nothing. I am handicapped and on a limited income so it is hard to move out what was once easy to move in. Since I have been with them they have taken down the guard rail, where I person had to plug in a security code before entering the storage rooms area. They advertise that they are open till 6 pm but access to your storage room is now limited to 5:45 pm. . You could slide a check through a slot in the door when the office was closed to now you are charged a late fee if the check is placed through the slot on Sunday or Monday (They did this to me without notice and I was charged a $10.00 late fee). The office went from being open 7 days a week to only Tuesday-Saturday. All the while this so called business is constantly raising their prices, sometimes two or three times within a year. They have no shame.

They are so kind and care about customer satisfaction and safety measures with recent events. I've had my things stored safely for months at really good reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this location should you encounter storage needs.

I got hurt with an item falling on my foot and Immediately the owner came to assist me he went to get ice for my swallen foot and advice me that i should go to the emergency room he was great

The best for less! Very clean, spacious, maintained units. Exceptionally kind and helpful gentleman office staff excells at providing customer service that is above and beyond. Demonstrates protection of visiters accessing a unit. Maintains safety protocol, provides hands on instructions as well as grants logic. Would not choose any other storage company.
