Everything is very clean, very good, the pool is excellent, but the most important thing is that I see no one taking care of security because on two occasions homeless people who live on the streets entered the pool area and the bathrooms. I did not feel safe on that side, neither for me nor my family, it is an important issue. I hope they resolve it soon.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and the location is very nice, close to everything, the tram runs from the park to the beach for $.35 (great deal). Walmart is right next door to the park. The pool is very nice, I can see it being very crowded when the park is full. The restrooms were not open, they did have port o let’s? Not bad but we’re not there at the busy time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our Home Away from Home – Gulf Air RV Park We’ve stayed at Gulf Air RV Park many times now, and it’s truly become one of our favorite stops. As a full-time RV family, finding a place that feels safe, welcoming, and well-cared for is priceless—and Gulf Air checks all the boxes. The staff here are some of the kindest people we’ve met on the road. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home, and you can tell they genuinely care about the park and its guests. Everything is always clean and well-maintained, from the sites to the common areas. One of the things we love most is the community. Many of the guests are regulars, and it gives the park such a friendly, familiar vibe. It’s the kind of place where people wave, stop to chat, and look out for one another. As a traveling family with kids (and a dog!), that sense of connection and safety means everything to us. Encore campgrounds. Very clean and quiet. Their pool was very nice. Good temp to swim.

This company that owns it is pure ridiculous. They make it seem like you’re buying a mansion with the hoops you have to jump through. Showed plenty of income but credit score was low also showed plenty of money in the bank account. Denied my application on my credit score. But they allow felons in no problem.

Gulf Air is an Encore campground. We checked in online. Our full hookup was good. A lot of the park is new because of the damage from hurricane Ian and the flooding. Pool was great. With close quarters, we got to know our neighbors and enjoyed their company. They our regulars and we will certainly be back.

We can’t say enough about this RV park golf air is a great place to camp located close to all the beaches and restaurants and shops. Staff was amazing. Answered any questions you may have maintenance was great. We had a fifth wheel 40 foot and it fit perfect in our site. I highly recommend and we will be back next year.

Employees were very nice. Duane showed us where to temporarily park and unhook our tow car. Office staff member Sandy was wonderful during check-in. She gave us a stack of brochures and patiently answered our questions about the local area. Then Duane directed us to the site and backed me in. He even threw in a couple of golf cart rides to and from the office. To top it off, Pat directed us out of the site on departure day. Thank you Gulf Air team! This is an older park with very skinny sites. Lots of permanent residents but the folks that we spoke to were friendly. We stayed for 3 nights in grass site 66 and it was a tight fit for our 28 foot RV. There was barely enough room for the car in front. Longer rigs will definitely have issues. Sandy mentioned a trolley that takes passengers to Fort Myers Beach. It stops across the street and only costs 75 cents. Fair warning: it is supposed to come every 15 minutes during the afternoon, but we had to wait for 45 minutes. Suffice to say that they don't run on schedule so plan accordingly! Loved the 50 free cable TV channels! Our Verizon and AT&T phones had a very weak signal. Campground bathrooms and showers appeared to be newly remodeled and were very clean. Didn't try the laundry facilities or heated pool. Recycling available onsite. Walmart is right next door.

We stayed here in our travel trailer for multiple 2-week stays this summer on the thousand trails pass. Other than the grassy muddy spots (when lots of rain), we enjoyed being here. Good location. Nice pool and useful laundry and club house, clean bathrooms, and the helpful, friendly staff. We came back several times and it was never over crowded. Would return!
