I am currently a long term tenant here. I have been here for over six months. The have had limited services due to a major renovation which is going to be worth it all in the end. I would recommend for family. Very good location and laid back.

Loved this place! We were there last year and I only wish we had been back for all the upgrades that have now happened! Beautiful, quiet, great staff, facilities were clean. Overall a great experience! We will be back through again in our travels Gulf Breeze, can't wait to see how beautiful everything turned out, didn't even know you needed and upgrade.

ATTENTION PET PARENTS!! We recently stayed at the Gulf Breeze RV resort in one of their pet friendly cabins. We paid the usual $50 pet fee when booking. After our stay we were charged a $200 damages fee for excessive pet hair. I asked for pictures of the pet hair. I was sent two pictures of black dog hair. I showed proof my dog is blue. The continue to refuse to refund damages payment. So be careful pet parents. Also no linens in the cabin. We were not notified prior to our stay. Had to buy linens pillows and towels for our stay.

The location served us pretty well however, no pools available. No internet available. No cable available. The camp host had the personality of a wet wash rag. She could’ve cared less about any of our questions. No discount offered for lack of amenities. Not informed of lack of amenities when reservation was made. Do better! Site we were assigned was barely big enough for our rig. No picnic table!

While the park was in a good location for our needs, the park’s amenities were not available. The internet and cable were not working and the pool was not ready. However, they did not reduce their rates for these inconveniences, nor were we notified about this when we made reservations. Then to top it all off they wanted to charge an additional $25 for us to leave our camper in their half full park for 3 additional hours. Just keep this in mind when you book in Gulf Shores. There are other parks that will have all amenities and will appreciate your business.

Information listed is outdated. No pools, they've been working on pool and clubhouse for over a year. They will not have a hot tub of and when the clubhouse is finished. WiFi is out because of the work on the clubhouse. They do not escort you to your site... Choose carefully

The park was very clean and close to the beach by car. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff were very rude. We had gone to checkout the clubhouse and walking back to our RV. We crossed through an unoccupied site and had the maintenence guy honk at us and yelled that we were in a construction area.

We had a few issues with this park. First of all, when we called, no one mentioned that both the indoor and outdoor pools and the recreation center had closed (a week prior to our call) for renovations. I understand that the park is trying to upgrade their facilities, but a heads up about this long-term closure would have been nice. We then had a major incident on the morning of our departure, and the office was closed. The park phone number went unaswered. On an office window, there was a handwritten note with a "maintenance" phone number that went directly to a voicemail when dialed. There was no emergency or after-hours phone number. We had to wait for the office to open at 9 am to talk with the office staff, who did not know how to manage this situation and provided silly, meaningless responses. Our situation was that when we went to unhook the sewer hose, we found that the sewer was backed up! It was obvious that if we had unhooked, raw sewage would have spilled out on the ground. The sewer was backed up because the park's sewage pump system had failed. We found the park grounds to be quite lovely, with lots of grass, trees, and several ponds along with ample bathhouses and laundry machines. It's sad that this park is not managed properly and professionally!

We had our first visit in October 2024 as my mom was staying there in her motor home. I was unsure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. From paved roads that are great for bicycles to a nice outdoor and indoor pool as well as a hot tub. There is also a community room where a Halloween party was being hosted for everyone staying at the RV resort. The community room is also for guests to use for parties and family events. I witnessed the shower houses being cleaned daily. And I especially enjoyed the laundry room and being able to pay for my laundry with a card or app on my phone and not having to worry about having quarters. There are catch and release ponds within the Rv resort but we did not have time to enjoy them. The community of campers was friendly and respectful. It seemed a lot of the ones I had the pleasure of speaking with were staying for the winter and a frequent customer. My mom likes it so much that she is staying there for the next year. The location is great as we easily had access to the beach, shopping and food within minutes. My only complaint was the lack of free internet, however, they offer internet service for a small fee.

This is a well-priced campground conveniently set up on CR 6 just out of the hustle of a tourist town and comfortably nestled within walking distance of fishing ponds. Most of the lots are shaded. The pool house is nice and heated. The banquet room is perfect for gatherings. Nice people in a friendly little "neighborhood".
