Absolutely amazing stay! The KOA in Lillian, Alabama is such a hidden gem. The campground is super clean, peaceful, and right on the water with beautiful views. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The sites are well-maintained, and the amenities (pool, laundry, showers, and store) are all top-notch. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun — great for families, couples, or solo travelers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First off, they let you have a fire! Wood for sale and They will Deliver to you! Have your morning coffee on the pier and watch the sunrise and then relax in the hot tub You can rent golf carts paddle boards and kayaks. It looks like some bring their own toys including side by sides and 4 wheelers but everyone was respectful of noise and quiet hours l.

The staff makes you feel like your number 1. The cabins are cute and quaint. The view of the bay the blue Angels and the Dolphins- phenomenal. Visitors are friendly, a great place to relax and have fun all in one!

This location is nice with the water right there but it is not a place I would return to. It was ok clean, but not kept up very well. Lots of maintenance needing done. Ferral cats that steal your food (who bag of hot dog buns) and your pets food. The long term residents or employees maybe? Have a four wheeler that is obnoxiously loud and revved unnecessarily and running all the time for who knows what. Same thing with a gray Porsche - revving the engine just to be loud and FLYING down the roads - def not following 5 mph. It was not peaceful or relaxing, just other people’s noises

I want to start of by saying my family has been coming to this KOA every summer for the last 7 years. We come back every year because we absolutely love this place. We have never had a complaint until we went this summer 2025. It was dirty everywhere with trash cans over filled. The cabin we were in this year was dirty when we got there we had to clean it before we took our things in. The bath rooms and showers where nasty. They now allow non campers in the pool for $5.00 a day, people where drinking and smoking in the pool area. The so called new security guy and his wife where in the pool all day with a buch of there grandkids. Also the security guys son cuts grass there and he was not doing anything but ralking and getting in the pool all day. The security guy told us his wife is the one that cleans and I said no she does not. We were very disappointed in this summer 2025 trip. I don't know if they changed owers but something has to change.

Under new management, so they are in transition. Nice, quiet park. We booked again for next year. Close proximity to Perdido Beach. There's a small beach & view of the bay down a path at the park. Gorgeous sunrises!

Nice park! Well kept. beach front We pulled out a day early due to park having water supply problems and heave storm warnings.. Even though we had the water problem we would definitely stay there again. looks like a lot of new changes coming to this park!!! New Owners! Just wondering if we are going to be charged for the day we left because of water and storms?

Very disappointed with the hospitality and staff. When we checked in on Friday. They said Someone would show us to the campsite. After 15 minutes I just went and set up. The next day after my wife and I was at store down the road. Todd called twice telling us we had to move our stuff aka chairs, table etc. Because we were blocking a road. Pictures below of the so called unmarked road. After this I canceled my future reservations. I will never come to this KOA again. If you do come here don't get campsite J6.

We had a wonderful month staying at the KOA in January. It wasn't far from Perdido Key or other main beaches but we honestly just really enjoyed our time at the park. There is a beach on the bay, great fishing, and our kids even caught crabs. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived to the area earlier than expected and ended up booking two nights here. We loved it! Staff extremely nice, great fishing pier, nice beach area, we launched our kayak and enjoyed the bay, saw dolphins in the bay, easy access to gulf shores area to enjoy the beaches. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. I would really like to get a group of people together and rent the cabins down by the water…looks like such a neat area! Will stay again!
