I was camping in my EV here and it was a pretty good price and experience for that. The Wi-Fi is basically unusable in 2025 though. Very slow. The electric hookup had no problems charging my car at 50 amps. The baths and showers in the men's area were mostly fine. There was a point where the toilets got pretty nasty for a few days until they got taken care of. The stalls offer no privacy. They're going for a certain western aesthetic but I'd rather they be updated personally. The showers were ok. The curtains seemed just a little too short on the width, wish they had some kind of sliding door solution. Again it is very easy for someone to just look directly into your stall while you're changing. I used the washer and dryer area once and they worked fine but I thought they were a bit expensive and it's annoying that they only take quarters. There is a machine to dispense change in there though. If I remember correctly it was $3.50 for the washer and then $1.00 for the dryer. There was one time where a worker pulled up to ask me if I had permission to charge my vehicle there. He was nice though and once he realized I was paying for the spot and not just charging my car there I wasn't bothered again. I feel like this could easily be avoided by getting license plate numbers though. There is a bit of noise from the highway and the trains but it's really not that bad in my opinion. If you're a light sleeper try to ask for a spot further away. I was in spot 50 which is about in the middle and I slept fine. Every time I called for a question the workers were very nice and helpful. I was here in the off season so I couldn't use the pool and the office and store were closed.

The owners of the RV Park are wonderful and friendly people. We've stayed there twice and were pleased both times. It's a cool place with lots of old west ambiance. I recommend it if you're camping near Dodge City, Kansas.

Stopped for the night here. Young lady at the desk super friendly! Good rate, CLEAN ,warm, shower/restroom. Only downside is traffic noise, trucker engine braking all night, train.

Office people were nice and helpful. Sites are very rocky, sand everywhere, mud when it rains. We saw mice on our second night, so make sure you take precautions. We can only travel on the weekends so we were here for a week. A week was a bit too long, but for a night or two it would have been fine.

On the plus side, the sites are large and it would be easy to get in and out of the pull-through even with a toad. It is quiet except for the trains that go by. On the negative side we pulled in after dark and missed the entrance. Had to unhook our toad to turn around. It is the very first driveway on the right, after you cross the railroad tracks, and there is no lit up sign at all. We weren’t warned about this. There is a sign but you can’t see it at night because it is way down the driveway. Everything needs a coat of paint. The pool was closed since it was a week after Labor Day but it looked rather dirty around that area.

First impression... run down dump. The office and store were pretty pathetic. Location was primary reason to stay here. Park needs some TLC. Did not use the laundry or restroom/shower facilities. Staff was friendly. The pull through sites in the back appeared very nice. Some had shade and grass! Playground needs to be demolished, appeared very unsafe.

We had a very nice pull through site with full hookups. The park was easy to access from the highway and easy to drive through and park. The price was very reasonable. The pool was clean and very nice. I know it's an older park, but I've been camping here since I was a little kid. It still delivers a nice experience at a fair price. We'll be back again!

Not impressed as I arrived. This place appears neglected on first look. The road is more dirt than gravel with potholes and very unattractive as I pulled in. They seem to forget that "First impressions are everything." The front sites appear to be mostly seasonal, long term. The pull through sites in the back had adequate space but little shade. No fire pits or grills. They just have a large trailer for trash which was open for viewing and overflowing. This isn’t a quiet spot. Even in the back pull through sites the highway noise is noticeable, especially the regular truck Jake brakes. At 4:15am a train came by blowing its horn. So much for sleeping in. The bathhouse was very clean but taking a shower, I never got more than lukewarm water. They have nice laundry facilities with plenty of machines ($3.50 wash/$1.00+ to dry). The pool looks clean but the deck area and chairs are old. Honestly the office area and building looks like it was probably nice and fun in its heyday but now isn't inviting at all. The playground is also a bit rundown. Lots of potential but doesn't seem to be the kind of place the owners reinvest much back into it. Just a fresh coat of paint and stain would go a long way everywhere. I have no idea what other RV options are available in Dodge City so not sure if this is "the nice place" or not, but if I come back through I'll have to check. Even though I paid for two nights I left after day one.

Campsite was very nice and level for our travel trailer. Bathroom/showers were great! Very clean which my wife and I very much appreciate. Thanks for a nice place to stay while we checked out the city for the first time

I recently moved to Dodge from Texas. I have lived in my RV for several years. From Texas I was trying to online find places and that just didn't seem to be the case. So let me say this- IF THE REVIEW WAS NOT MADE 6-10 months ago, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. This place is great!!!!!! It's clean, has a decent sized laundry room, out houses for men and women, spacious, quite (except for the train) it is very relaxing here. And nice. And the landlord Mr. E is truly so kind and helpful!!! He seems like he would do just about anything to help someone out. He is recently the new owner of the place and has completely turned this place around! It's clean and nice. There's a dumpster site that you can toss pretty much anything, which on site trash is a plus too especially with so much space and little room to overfill. The place is great. There's only three rv parks to my knowledge in Dodge, and I will say this park is the best in town. Truly.
