Staff was friendly, very accommodating, and timely. Park is currently under repairs due to severe weather. Stayed there for 4 nights. Park is well kept, clean, and safe. Would definitely revisit. Would recommend.

Went there after 2 hurricanes, Helene and Milton, totally flooded. If you want to lose everything, then go over there. I spoke with many people and they lost everything plus they said its a bunch of drunks partying very late and its a click, its a horrible place.

We enjoyed our time visiting Grandparents! The resort boasts great character and is well appointed with a beautiful clubhouse, pool, boat launch, fishing docks, laundry and shower facilities. Awesome people as well, very friendly community!!!

We brought our RV and boat. Were able to dock our boat right by our campsite. Friendly staff and neighbors. Some permanent residents and some temporary. Really enjoying our stay here. Laundry facilities, pool tables, swimming pool, fishing and access to the Gulf from our spot. Our travel trailer is a bit large for here at 37ft but they let us take up several spaces due to being off season. There is a few spots for larger RVs. Very peaceful and relaxing here. Private boat ramp and a place to store your boat trailer while here also.

Just spent January and February 2022 at this resort park and it was everything I had hoped it would have been. The residence's are super friendly ! Tons of activities including: kayaking, billards, golf and simple cards cards. The pool/clubhouse area was perfect and welcoming. The two office people, Thelma and Louise, were helpful and professional.😁 Can't wait to return.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Walking distance to a seafood restaurant, a gas station and 1.2 miles to Publix.

Like Family! It has taken several months to settle-in to the community as my permanent residence. Soon thereafter you realize this is Family. Both Office Management and Property Sales team has gone out of there way to assist/address/overcome unique concerns and accommodating unique concerns. MATENANCE is FANTASTIC!!! The Scenario: I come home to a broken water pipe on a Saturday! My yard is flooding and really do not want to let the water to flood the area. The office is closed until Monday? His concern was for ALL residence that would have no water for boat wash, gardening, etc. The pride of community and insistence to ensure the issue not effect everyone exemplified solid Integrity that was great to see! Within 30 minutes we were "back in business"! Great Job Team!!!
