Since the co-op sold, the property in terms of administration and upkeep have declined dramatically. I’ve owned my place here in Harbor Village for nearly 10 years, and the new management shows a vast disregard for trash outside of peoples trailers, weeds, and especially noisy board members in the entrance of the park. It seems for people on the board, they get away with being noisy and very rude to people who have been here and enjoying the neighborhood for years prior to their arrival. Being younger, I feel very targeted and on edge by the bully-styled management aimed at turning this park into a 55 and up zone. The park itself is beautiful and I couldn’t imagine leaving this place anytime soon. However, the community-ran management is very unprofessional when it comes to calling people back, or even emailing me back when I have questions about rent. I feel I’m being pushed out of my own neighborhood.

A bit overpriced and the power was out half of the day. Good restaurant across the street with a full bar and a patio with a view of the harbor.

They put us in a spot that left the front of the trailer out in the road; and even with the trailer out there I was still backed against their wet and dirty bank. And I had reservations for this bad treatment. This is the main road into a larger park, with lots of noise and many workers coming in late at night. Poor spot maintenance, with pictures showing much dog poop they didn't bother to clean before we arrived. Many spots along this side of the road were poor, with numerous digs in the asphalt from trailers bottoming out in trying to get in and out. Bone jarring speed bumps even at the very lowest speeds. Just another jam-them-in-money-hungry park where many of the residents appeared to be low income homeless.

Our 1st trip. Maiden voyage in the vintage trailer. There was nowhere else to go, everything was booked solid. Full hookups, clean showers. What more could you want? Cheryl the host was super nice. Some RV places have a problem with older trailers. We felt right at home and the campers were very friendly. Short walk to barking seals and great food. What a great experience ☺️ Thank you!

Spent 3 days here in Sep 2020 at $40 per. FHU but only 30 amp. WiFi very good at our site. Cable TV requires free box from office. Walking distance to harbor and coastal shops. RV park huge with lots of long term residents. Streets & sites paved and mostly level. A few barking dogs but not at night. Laundry $1.75 per machine. Lots and lots of trees! Manager was very nice.

We stayed 2 weeks here and loved it. Staff is very friendly and professional. The bath house and showers were super clean. The Wifi speeds were the fastest we have ever seen...over 30-50 Mbps. Due to the hills nearby, our Verizon and AT&T signals were weak but we still had one or two bars for each. Easy walk to the water front for all the food and entertainment you could want. We love this RV park. The site was on asphalt and level. We love the cool weather of the Oregon coast during summer months.

I have been staying here in the summer for the past 17 years. I love this park, the office personnel are very courteous, friendly and professional. The park is very close in walking distance for restaurants and the wharf on the river that dumps within about two or three miles from the ocean. You talk about fresh fish and crab, Newport is fresh fish and crab heaven. One think I really love about the park is that it is quiet and not near any busy highways. Big trees all over the place. And they have a great clothes washing facility there too. They are also dog friendly as long as the dog is friendly. My English Golden Retriever, Mindy loves to wave at people in the park. You can't go wrong with this park but be sure and get a reservation, they fill up fast.
