Harbour Pointe RV Park

Overview

Harbour Pointe RV Park offers a clean and organized home base for travelers exploring the North Puget Sound region. Located in the suburban landscape of Everett, Washington, this park provides a sense of reliability and comfort for those who prefer full hookup sites and well-maintained grounds. Unlike rustic campgrounds, this facility focuses on providing a paved, secure environment that serves as an excellent starting point for Pacific Northwest adventures.

Location & Surroundings

Situated in the southern portion of Everett near the Mukilteo line, the park is positioned perfectly for aviation enthusiasts and business travelers. It sits just minutes away from Paine Field and the massive Boeing assembly plant. The surrounding area is primarily suburban, offering easy access to essential services, grocery stores, and diverse dining options, making it a convenient stop for those who value urban amenities over wilderness isolation.

Amenities & Park Features

The park is designed with functionality and ease of use in mind. Guests enjoy access to several key features that make life on the road easier:

  • Level asphalt pads designed for stability and easy setup.
  • Reliable cable TV and Wi-Fi access at every site.
  • Fully equipped laundry facilities and clean restroom blocks.

These amenities ensure a comfortable experience, whether you are staying for a single night or several weeks. The park also maintains a pet-friendly policy, allowing you to bring your companions along for the journey.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Adventure is never far away, with the Boeing Future of Flight tour located just down the road. For a change of pace, a short drive leads to the charming waterfront of Mukilteo, where you can visit the historic Mukilteo Lighthouse Park or catch a ferry to Whidbey Island. The area is also rich with walking trails and local parks that offer stunning views of the Olympic Mountains across the water.

Who This Park Is Best For

This park is an ideal fit for long-term guests or digital nomads who need a stable and quiet place to work. It is particularly well-suited for travelers visiting family in Snohomish County or those transitioning between locations. Active military here and was looking to stay at this place when a former manager rudely spoke first to my wife and then me. Was going to be temporarily in Everett for training and thought we’d stay in our travel trailer. We called the site and just wanted details. A new management team recently reached out to us on here and 5 stars for the customer service! If we return to Everett Wa, we will 100% check out your RV park! Thanks for being polite and kind.

We stayed there for 2 years and then ownership change. It had been 5 stars. Things immediately changed. They guessed your electricity usage because they didn't have someone to read the meters. The spaces were made smaller and the price went up-front. They don't know about customer service. I do not recommend this place and I did stay there.

I've been in Harbor Point for over six months now the staff has been generous and gracious the people here look out for each other but for the most part keep to themselves nobody's up in anyone else's business I truly enjoy staying here

Placed in a convenient location with an international food market at the entrance. They are upgrading the park spaces to concrete 5 spaces at a time. There are nice bathrooms for the park residents/guest; at the front building next to the laundry room that needs to be updated. The WiFi provided by the park works well close to the front of the park but for the rest of the park its like playing a game of hide and seek where you keep finding the person but he won’t stop hiding while slandering you a cheater.

Im looking to be in the Seattle area passing threw to Alaska. While booking my cross country trip from NC I rely HEAVILY on Google reviews from customers of each park we have considered staying at. It helps us know what to expect what they do and don't have sometimes like in the reviews I've read here that you don't allow large dogs which we have a 50 lb dog. What I can't believe about this particular park is how the owners/ management can sit here and respond to reviewers in the manner they have. You run a customer service business. Customers don't owe you, you owe them. YOU the owner/ manager should be apologetic and offer resolution. That gives your future guests the ability to decide well Suzie Q (just hypothetical because by the looks of it you say none of the reviewers stayed in your park) didn't like her stay. Well me as a intelligent down to earth individual knows that there are hard to please people out there. You could kiss their feet and line your sights with gold and they still wouldn't be happy. Just an fyi your future campers know there are those people in the world. So no one looking at your reviews is going to care about the few 1 star reviewers. The way you responded to them though I do care about. You could leave it blank, not respond or just simply apologize and offer a free soda. But you didn't. Your responses to your reviews kept me from using your park oh and the no larger dog rules NOT your reviews.
