Sooooo. This may be redundant to the previous reviews. However as of Oct 27th of 2025 , the owners are the key to this park. Yes. Clean, well taken care of, but the owners make every effort to make you feel welcomed, and do almost anything you make think of to be a great host. We think if you're anyway near this park it should be your first option. Michelle n Gregg

Great KOA! Owners are so accomodating, helpful and friendly. For me the most awesome thing was there DOG WASH ROOM! Wow, did my dogs need baths and it is the best set up! These owners have only been here 2 years and they have great vision and are making improvements. That said, the laundry room was great, the pool was great, the store and pizza also great! Thanks guys, our stay was very pleasurable!

Beautiful location. Nice, peaceful and quiet with a beautiful sunset view. The campground is very clean, including the pool and playground. We LOVED the little store/gift shop and pizza shop. And the pizza is SO good! Husband and wife owners are very kind and helpful. :) Thank you for a peaceful rest and the yummy dinner that we didnt have to cook! Haha.

This is a great place to stay. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. The dog park is exceptional. It was much bigger than other KOA dog park and it was clean. I would recommend replacing the sheer curtains in the women’s bathroom with something more private as you could look in and see everything when walking by. The men’s restroom did not smell good either.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stop with Clean Facilities and Friendly Hosts! We were so glad we made the decision to stay at the Hardin KOA on our journey home — it’s conveniently located not far off our main route and offered the perfect place to rest and refresh. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the campground itself is peaceful, with beautiful views of the surrounding prairie. One of the highlights was the immaculately clean laundry room — seriously one of the best we’ve seen! At just $2.25 for a wash and $1.50 to dry, it was both affordable and spotless, making it easy to catch up on laundry during our travels. Whether you’re just passing through or staying for a bit, the Hardin KOA is a great place to stop, stretch out, and enjoy a quiet break from the road. We highly recommend it!

Tent camped at a site under a tree. A very lovely employee convinced me to take advantage of the dog wash, and I didn’t regret it! Ice on site, $3 bag, cheaper than most places. Showers were super clean and the bathrooms well-maintained. One of my favorite KOA experiences to date!

Kristy and Jon are incredible hosts. They made us feel comfortable and like friends instantly. Their campgrounds are super clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities and more! My only con is the amount of flies in the area, but the location is next to fields so that is to be expected. We will absolutely recommend this KOA, and be back whenever we’re in the Hardin area!! Thank you Kristy for the wonderful stay!

Stopped here last minute so we could go to the Little Bighorn Battlefield early the next day. Met the owner when we checked in. Very nice. Camp sites are tight if your neighbor likes to hug the line but overall still a great site. Pull through, full hook ups, trees, fire pit and table. 2 dog parks and a nice dog walking area. Everything was clean and well maintained. Quiet at 10:00. We definitely recommend the Hardin KOA and will happily stay again. Thank you!

Nicest staff anywhere. Good location near town. More trees/shade than I expected. First rate facilities including two fenced dog areas, a dog wash room. Great laundry room. Pool was great. Bathrooms/showers clean and well maintained.

Fantastic place to camp. The owners & staff really care about their guests and go above & beyond to make it a great experience. There's 2 great fenced dog parks and even a free dog wash indoors that includes towels and blow dryer. There's a beautiful laundry and vending room, large clean bathrooms and showers, and kids game room with arcade style gaming system and a huge TV. The store has a little bit of everything including gifts/souvenirs from MT. Highly recommend.
