Beautiful campground. Very well run considering it’s under construction to upgrade the RV sites

We stayed at the park for 2 nights and 3 days and fished big stone lake. The park was very nice and extremely well kept. The had an up to date shower house that didn't charge to use like other places. There fish cleaning station was one of the best I've ever seen with a carcass grinder. Only complaint was that the sites were not very level. All in all it was a great place.

It was our first time at Hartford Beach State Park. We were impressed! The views were spectacular, and the park was very well maintained. We camp to get away, and this place accommodated. There were no intrusive visits from park staff or hosts, and yet everyone was friendly and helpful when we approached with questions. The only downside I can think of is that some of the parking pads for trailers, campers, and RVs were a loooong way from level. We struggled to get ours level, but it was close enough that we didn't mind. It was a beautiful park for a long weekend getaway!

We come here every year and the improvements made each year make each trip more enjoyable. The work on the trails got us walking every one of them. Rode our bikes through the park also. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. We stay at a lot of parks and yours are one of the best we have used. The hard work of your employees is greatly appreciated.
