One of the worse places I’ve been! we got squeezed in this middle section where vehicles travel on both sides of the street and to top it off the grass we had parked in had Stickers(thorns) that grow with the grass! Man we had a really bad experience and more over those people who work there patrol the area like the Dam HOA POLICE! Given infractions for any little thing!!!! I Highly DoNot Recommend this area!

We have been leasing the space for our RV for over a year already, and sins we got here the laundromat had not work properly, the internet fails a lot and the manager is always trying to charge more money for everything. They did higher the fee, even when we had already pay an specific amount for more than a year, They haven’t got the laundromat, They never fix the sewer in our lot (the land is un even), the internet never worked, And the staff is so rude, especially the manager.

Let’s start with the good. The ladies up front could not be any nicer, I like the washer dryer set up as there are no tokens to buy and they are not expensive to operate. The rates are very good. I travel for a living and like the proximity to the refineries. Now for the bad. The roads in here are awful unless you are into pot holes. This part of Corpus is was I refer to as getto. Gun shots, while not a regular thing do occur. It obvious this part of town has a drug and homeless issue. The facilities are very rundown and the infrastructure is abysmal. So much so the water is shut off on a regular basis. If you are like me, a slam clicker, (meaning I get off work and go to the camper and slam the door and lock it). Then the surrounding area isn’t that big of a deal. This place is simply okay.

The place is clean, the pool is clean, and the grass is always cut. However, the road maintenance is not good. The dog park never has bags, and the trash can is always full.

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. They lie about their hidden fees. They lie about the “amenities” they provide. They never cut the grass, it takes MONTHS & lots of calls for them to consider cutting it with lots of excuses. The laundry room is NEVER working but they claim they belong to a “3rd party” but fail to ensure they’re working for their guests. The roads are HORRIBLE. The staff is very rude, they don’t call back to follow up on concerns/issues you have, they give you the run around. I would NOT recommend staying here. They’re MONEY HUNGRY as they want to charge fees for every single thing. If you do stay here, make sure you keep receipts & check them for every month because they’re quick to even OVERCHARGE and when you catch the mess up they make it hell to get it refunded. The “manager” is always somehow always on “vacation” whenever any issues arise. I asked for a CALL BACK regarding an issue yet she claims she “sent an email”. Save yourself the time, hassle & headache!

We had crossed wires trying to get in but once they returned our call they where amazing to deal with!! Great location next to Buccaneers highschool football field!! Concrete pads in every space make for easy setup!!

They really should repar the potholed road to enter the park. The place has gone down over the years. I understand it is about to change. They have real issue with sand burns too. It's really hard on dogs feet...mine too.

A nice park. Friendly staff. Grounds are well taken care of and facilities are maintained. Would have been 5 stars but there are some small issues. First, the pretty, green grounds have tons of goat heads. I didn't notice at first and tracked them into my RV. Nothing like the pain of goat heads in your feet in the middle of the night when you get up to pee. Everytime I went outside I would have to pick them out of my shoes before going back in. Second, the entrance and first 100 feet is riddled with potholes. I can't really hold it against them too much because all of Corpus Christi seems to have pothole problems. Finally, their price is a bit higher than other places I called and I can't really see why. There isn't anything significantly different from other parks I've stayed at. When I come back next year I'll try some of the other parks just to see if I misjudged their price.

I was told by staff after I painted my older motorhome it would be accepted into the park. After I paid for the body shop to paint it I submitted photographs and was denied by the park. I would not have wasted my money on paint if I knew I would be turned down anyway. Office would not even call me, they sent a "Dear John" letter over text message. Very unprofessional.
