Very peaceful park by the lake. Back in spaces are flat but ours was not quite level. Beautiful view, paved loop is perfect for walks along the lake. Lawn was well maintained and on site hosts and other campers were all very friendly. Clean bathrooms with showers.

Like other already mentioned, stayed here for a quick over night to break up a long drive. My only frustration was that about two months before our trip, I was called and asked if I would be willing to move my reserved site so a bigger rig could use it. The move to work on my part to make it happen (I was being asked to move) and had to follow up several times to insure I had a new spot reserved. When we arrived, my original spot wasn't occupied nor did it show a reservation. So I was frustrated that I wasted my time (trying to do the right thing that was being asked of me) just to have it go unthanked. Other than that, the site did what I needed it to do and provided a quite evening so I could get rested up for the next days road trip.

We stayed here one night in our travel trailer to break up a long drive, in the area with lettered campsites (ours was "B" with electric hookup). The site pad was very long - could have held any sized rig. Mowed grass between all the sites, in very good shape. Site A is right at the lake edge (very nice quiet lake) - but a few steps out the back of our site was a long stretch of mowed grass lake shore with nobody else there, we took our camp chairs down about 30 yards and had a lovely private dinner in that area. Campground has potable water spigots in a few places, a dump station, and restrooms with showers. The host was very nice - and even offered free firewood for a campfire. This is a great place for an along-the-way stop or spending a few days to relax and enjoy.

This is a great campground. Good pricing, excellent views of a lake, great place to walk/hike. Didn't fish but saw others fishing. Beautiful park and town. We would definitely stay here again.

For $5 a night who can go wrong at a tent ⛺️ camp sight. 🏕 It's $20 for an RV with hookup. There's a nice lake nearby that has fish, as well as a fishing 🎣 pier. There's a free shower 🚿 too. Watch out for the local troubadours 🚗 driving through in their loud vehicles. They are checking out who's there. The camp host is awesome. 🏕 Bring the kids.
