Hours open is from 5am-12midnight which is great however to access the dollys/cart are 9-4pm. I needed to take out some big items and even though there was employees in the office and it was about 8:30 am they still won’t let you use it. What’s the point of having access from 5-12 if you can’t use the carts? and there is a awful smell when you get off the elevators. Smells like some kind of chemicals and it ends up smelling your items. If they can get rid of that smell and have access to the carts during the hours of 5-12 I would recommend them but not until than.

Great rates, clean, secure, well lit...However the best part about this place are the employees. Every single employee is super helpful and nice. Was my first time needing storage and they made the process very simple and fast. I definitely would recommend salt lake hawaii self storage to anyone in need of some storage space.

I don't put things in storage but I have helped family members put and remove their things they put in storage. This location is massive and there are a variety of storage unit sizes. From the looks of it, I noticed they store all kinds of stuff. I saw vehicles, a forklift, trailers as well as a horse trailer. I saw a gentleman in his storage unit and it was so organized - it looked like that was his actual office unit. I saw another gentleman whose storage unit stores all his restaurant's dry goods and non-perishable items. It's amazing what people need to store and how storage companies are an important part of so many of our communities! This business was clean, well kept, four floors of units and from the looks of it - a lot of units were occupied as many had padlocks on them.
