My wife and I have been with Hayward Self Storage for over 6 years now. The reason why we've been there so long is because of Yesenia Sandoval. She has the natural ability to understand and feel what we as customers are experiencing, and she is able to meet our needs effectively. I could not believe that Yesenia was not the manager. I just assumed she was due to the knowledge and excellent customer service she has provided over the years. Definitely manager material. Well done Yesenia!!

I had a wonderful experience at Hayward self storage. Access to my storage unit was easy and convenient. Yesenia has the best customer service and is very professional. She made sure I was comfortable and familiar with the complex. I will definitely be back to rent storage units from this place.

The staff members that work at this facility are extremely friendly and professional. The storage facility is clean. My unit was clean and haven't had any issues with the business. I shopped around the city for the most affordable unit with the highest ratings on yelp- this was the winner of the search. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because imagine the type over the top service you would need to receive for something to be worth 5 stars Lol
