Quite a bit of road noise, but the people in the park are respectful and quiet. Hot tub is NOT in working order!! Showers, bathroom and wifi all have codes, close to a TON of stores and activities. Easy to find, close to the freeway exits. Pool is closed for the season. NO PIT BULLS ALLOWED. Attentive staff members that are friendly and helpful.

Since it seems like somehow this RV park was able to get rid of the hundreds of bad reviews it had, I wanted to give a review because I think it’s important for you to know how bad this place can be from someone who has stayed here a few times for longer stays. Especially if you’re vulnerable. Noise: There’s an active train track nearby that runs day and night, and FedEx trucks from next door add even more noise. Light sleepers, be warned; it’s not quiet. Amenities: Yes, there’s a clubhouse, but it’s often reserved for tribal events, so paying guests rarely get to use it. There’s also a spa, but in all my time staying here, it was never open. Security: Homeless individuals frequently wander into the park. During my stay, my own bike was stolen, and multiple neighbors had theft issues too. The manager even sent out emails reminding residents to lock up their belongings because of the thefts. Management: The manager, Pam, can be friendly one moment and EXTREMELY confrontational the next. Her moods change so drastically I get emotional whiplash. She’ll seem kind at first, then become very hostile over very small things like a flowerpot or driving a single mile over the speed limit. Once she decides she’s upset with you, she doesn’t let it go. From my experience, she uses her power and authority to intimidate, humiliate, and control residents. She seems to choose people at random to enforce strict rules and weaponizes her position to target them. Is there a rule book? Yes - but as a nitpicky manager who decides when and to whom the rules apply, she appears to abuse her authority and creates an environment of fear and retaliation. Communication is often inconsistent. I’ve personally experienced situations where Pam verbally approved something, only to threaten eviction later for the exact same issue she verbally approved. In my opinion, she does this to look good to her bosses, Ann and Terri, who don’t seem to step in or correct the behavior. In fact, they encourage this behavior. It’s sad when people in power use it to harass and bully others. Smoking: Pam often smokes outside the facilities, which can make the air unpleasant for residents with breathing issues. Fairness: Rules do not appear to be enforced equally. Some tenants seem to get more leniency than others, and Pam herself doesn’t always follow the same standards she expects of residents. In my time there, I’ve observed her breaking several rules that she had gotten onto others about. My advice: Document EVERYTHING like dates, emails, texts, photos, and get all communication in writing. ESPECIALLY if it comes from Pam. I’ve seen too many people harassed and threatened over small misunderstandings. It’s disappointing, because this could be a nice park if management actually respected residents. Bottom line: I wouldn’t recommend this park to anyone looking for a peaceful or professionally managed place to stay.

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived after making a reservation online. Nice park. Spacious sites with grass. Paved throughout park. They do have long term rv’rs that live at the park but they are mostly in a certain area. Park is clean and maintained. They have a small off leash dog area. Just ok. They do have WiFi, but it didn’t work at all for us and we were there during offseason We used our hotspot instead. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was a little high IMO especially for the end of October. All in all we left happy and would return.

Extremely clean and well-designed. There is a major road nearby, but the resort is so peaceful, I hardly noticed. Pam in the office has been patient and thorough. (Although I have yet to meet her :). The spa is still out of commission (which I’ve been looking forward to after each day of remodeling), but shower rooms are as good as I’ve ever seen. Very good off-season value too.

Very nicely maintained park. Good location, easy on easy off I-5, don’t really notice highway sounds.

Just a wonderful inviting resort to stay . I build high end commercial buildings all over the northwest and RV in every area . I spoke to Pam on the phone and she was so nice and helped me get set up with all the paperwork very quickly. I absolutely love staying in this resort due to Pam and the amazing ,organized and beautiful sites . I will be staying here for the next 18-24 months and just feel like I am home . The hard work and dedication put in by Pam is unbelievable. I’ve seen her from day break to sundown managing this place . I would be so blessed to have someone like her on my team . In my opinion this resort is the best I have ever stayed in. Highly highly recommend to everyone to make this your first choice . A special Thank you to the tribe and Pam to have a place like home .

This was our second visit here. It's a very nice park. The landscaping is nice, and the sites are level. Heated pool and a deep hot tub are wonderful.

An excellent, clean, and well run RV park with just the right facilities. A clubhouse for indoor activities, a gazebo for outside. A well- maintained pool and kids play area for the fun to be had. Then there was the fabulous hot tub. It was behind bars and in its own enclosed area rather than attached to the pool. I love that. No kids jumping in, no shrieking, no having to keep watch - just quiet, peaceful, relaxed soaking after a hard day of driving. So lovely..... Pause to enjoy...... In addition, the bathrooms were all individual rooms, each with its own shower and all handicapped accessible. Most of the sites had small trees for shade, and the whole park was well appointed. There were lots of sites, though, and as every RV'er knows, that can get noisy. Especially when someone leaves at 5AM. But that's why I travel with ear plugs.
