Second trip to Heritage... We absolutely enjoyed it again. Lot 58 was excellent. Very close proximity to the marina and clubhouse/pool. Great views to the marina and water. We hope to be back again in 2026..

Awesome place all around. Site 22 has it all, water views front and back, everything for a great stay. Heritage has all the amenities, pool/hottub by the bay, marina, private beach, beautiful manicured grounds. The best office staff and on-site realtor to help secure your own piece of heaven. Perfect place out of the beach crowds, but close by, with plenty of water side restaurants, boats to rent.

This is by far the nicest RV resort we have been to and we have been to many. (Traveled for years) It’s a beautiful, gated resort situated on the bay (which dog’s are allowed on off-leash). The grounds are gorgeous, very private and serene. The staff( Justine) was so welcoming, always there to accommodate us and all of our neighbors were so friendly. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

This place is very nice but I was told on the phone that everything on the patio was available to use but the big green eggs was chained closed as was the ice maker and fridge. The TV wouldn’t work so I called and was told the office was closed and someone would come the next day and take care of it……. We do sleep late but when I got up I went to check and the remote was in the exact same spot I left it and the TV still didn’t work. Not a big deal as we had the outside TV on the Motorhome so that is where we stayed. Felt very unwelcome at the site by the owners and management

We enjoyed our stay here. The community is well taken care of and the staff was friendly. We watched the Blue Angels do a flyover out by the marina.

Let’s see if this one gets deleted. I’ve put up 2 posts that gets deleted somehow, 🤔. We booked in early February from what we saw on FB posts and reviews. Spoke over the phone & by email and at NO time was it mentioned that the beach was closed. As a matter of fact I inquired if dogs were allowed there. We booked here mostly for the beach amenities, being so convenient and all. I contacted the office to voice my concern and I was offered a token $50. Really? For what we spent for the week? Plus, construction at 6 am next to us with hammering, drilling with dust flying all over? We are very, very disappointed since Heritage considers themselves a “upscale” resort. Some honest communication when booking would have been the decent thing to do instead of misleading customers. But, I have to say that we have met many kind owners and they completely understand our frustration and unfortunately have heard our story before. Don’t believe we’ll be back again especially when we were mislead! I see the owners reply that states I was offered a early checkout? No way that happened! We were never offered anything! That’s what’s so disappointing, 1/2 truths and no ownership in what was promised at booking!!!!!!!
