Pretty park. Lots of big mature trees. Narrow sites, some with grass and some with rock. Pool looks very nice, tho we didn't use it. About 1/2 the sites are long-termers. Very neat, well kept and quiet. Much prettier than the casino rv park across the highway.

This RV park is located right off I-5 in Corning within walking distance of grocery store, pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location. Walking distance to Safeway and Olive Pit. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Site was level and easy to park. Looked like many people were here for long term. However it was quiet in November. No complaints for the price. I wouldn’t make it a destination site but for the night it was just okay. Kinda cramped but thankful we found someplace to stay. There were 3 piles of dog crap at my site when I arrived but staff had no problem cleaning it up when I alerted them to it. Also noticed a pit bull in the site next to us even though the rules said they weren’t allowed.

What is the deal with the office ALWAYS BEING CLOSED?! What are your actual hours and why do you need a lunch break when you only work for 5 hours a day?! Why do you put a sign up in the office door that says you're out in the park when you're actually not?! Why are you shopping at the DG when you're supposed to be working? Who is actually in charge of this place?? I can't even check my mail because nobody is ever in the office and the door is ALWAYS LOCKED!!! Won't be staying here for much longer!!

We stayed here on our way to Yosemite and back to Oregon so total of 2 nights in a 32 foot motorhome easy access on and off the freeway. Lots are gravel but flat. Full hookups so the price is fair for what you get. They have a really nice pool area and a cool dog wash area.

The woman who manages is completely rude. She actually kicked out a person who has a disability after literally one night. She then called & texted photos of the person to other parks saying do not rent to her. Without giving a reason. She said untrustworthy. How can anyone know if a person is untrustworthy after checking them in one evening and kicking them out the next morning?

The park is easy to get to off of I-5 and my usual stop at the Olive pit is a block away. The park is clean and reasonably priced. I highly recommend a stay!

Brandy is very helpful, welcoming and courteous *****. The park is gorgeous, brand new and has beautiful views. The trees are young but time takes care of that. Thank you for the nice stay 💯

Conveniently close to the highway without any of the noise from the road. Simple and straight forward check in and easy to navigate facilities with the help of a map upon check in. Restrooms, laundry room and pool were clean. Would return if I were passing through again.
