DON'T DO IT, we've been RV'ing for over 20 yrs, and have never seen a park this filthy & poorly maintained! We were unaware it is a Full-timers park, full of units that will never be able to be moved. Probably a lot of folks doing the best they can. But what was unacceptable was the amount of trash littered throughout the park. There are loose and unrestrained dogs & cats running everywhere that no one is cleaning up after. There are a number of sites with makeshift outdoor dog kennels with very noisy dogs . It's hard to walk anywhere without stepping in dog crap! We've never seen such a display of "Don't Give-a-Shit" ownership! Pictures on their listing are from years ago. These are current

It is the worst place to go it nothing but problem out there if I could I would say so much more than what I said and I would not give it any stars at all DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL IF U CAN HELP IT

Wifi doesn't work, Old junky RV's reside there full-time. The roads are very rough. My space flooded horribly when it rained. Dogs running loose, people driving very fast through the RV park. Train passes by very close a couple times a day and shakes the area.

Owner/operator's are rude and almost never on site. Bathroom needs lots of work laundry rooms need new equipment as they don't work properly. Lot of sites need cleaning up.

I and my husband lived here for 3 yrs. I made many friends, I was upfront, Pam allowed me to decorate my front yard for each season. I never had any problems with theif, of my personal stuff. I will miss living at hidden valley.

RV Travelers

Just drove through to check availability. It looks like there are no rules or enforcement of rules. People riding 4 wheelers too fast for inside an RV park. 2 cases of extreme hoarding, spilling into neighboring slips. 1 dog running loose. 2 cars propped up and taken apart, no tires on them. Trash scattered in a few slips that could easily be discarded by tenants if there was any motivation from owners to do so. Yeah, not the place for us and we have stayed in some pretty bad parks. It wouldn't cost the owners much to make this park a nice one, just the expectation of decency from their tenants. We won't even chance this one.
