Took over My mom's lease. Then cut ties with my mom but I live by all her friends. I've been harassed, had my pictures taken and my company. I've been told I'm being watched and can't have guests. I was assaulted tonight and the management got angry with me and said one more thing I'm out. I was in my home when one of the "gang" members came and assaulted me just for saying plz leave me alone. They are like a big clique in here and all full of bullies. Tve management lady told me I can't call the police when I'm assaulted or ill be kicked out. And then refused to do anything to the one who did the assaulting. They all ate friends and the pick you apart if you're not. I asked for my own lease not my mother's they said no. I'm quiet, clean, respectful and I pay my rent. This place is horrible and cruel and mean to people who don't deserve it. I have voicemails saying they are watching me and who I have at my house and me specifically when I don't bother anyone. Scared to leave me own home walking on eggshells. I don't deserve this

I rented a space back in 2021 planning to spend at least 6 months. I left in a matter of weeks because of the young punks I was stuck with for neighbors. They constantly partied, loud mouthed drunks. Disobeyed all the rules. I even caught them urinating on my trailer. I reported them but nobody did anything to stop their partying and disruptions. Nothing is enforced here. Owners were NEVER there as they actually live in BC. If you had issues you only have an answering machine to solve your problem. I wanted to like the place but I simply couldn't, it was really impossible to put up with. I left without getting any kind of refund. I guess that is the one posted rule they actually enforce here...NO REFUNDS.

First, calling this place a “trailer park” would be a misnomer. It’s much more of a tight knit community. The people who I’ve been neighbors with that live here are some of the sweetest folks I’ve ever met. They really are. The area is so peaceful, too. You don’t hear any traffic, Restroom’s/showers are great, the weight room is small but a has a good selection of machines. The only gripe I have is the hours for getting in touch with the office. The hours are like Tuesday-Sunday @ 11:00am-1:00pm. If you can manage the price (over $800 a month) then it’s a great place to be. Also they have their own paved half court with a basketball hoop, they take really good care of the property.

Husband rented an RV space here for 6+ months. Men and womens restrooms always seemed dingy, not lit well. They were going through a ownership change and communication about rent prices kept changing, and due date kept changing. Then there office closed and was only open about 1-2 hours daily. For the price ($800+) you think it would be better kept. Needless to say we found another place with better facilities and management. They are now starting to remodel it so hopefully it gets better.

this location serves a purpose. I personally wouldn't stay for short or long term. Kind of spooky! There is a nice KOA on the east side of Lynden, WA
