The location was very good, easy access on and off the freeway. Park was nice and clean with very cool metal sculptures throughout the park. Pet area could use some updating but wasn't bad, just pretty basic.

RV park was very nice with full hookups. It’s nicely decorated with lovely iron sculptures and landscaping. Doggy corrals were very nice. Location was out of the hustle and bustle of the balloon fiesta but close enough to drive there in a reasonable amount of time. Right off I-40 but not too noisy inside camper. Wi-Fi isn’t great, but cell service was excellent. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful campground, spacious and clean. Metal sculptures on every corner. They have a laundry room, clean bathrooms and showers and a rec room that includes a pinball machine, two pool tables and a 2000 piece puzzle ! There are a few doggy park areas. It is very affordable & We would come here again.

Wow! I am highly impressed with this Rv park. Super Clean, very spacious! Dog parks . Customer Service Oriented!! Cant find that anymore , so I am Wow'd ! Yes there is traffic noise but if you turn on your fan you dont hear it. Awesome metal statues of animals etc. Door Dash delivers here very quickly! The park is gated! I love that. Perfect spot, conveniently located to town. About 8-10 min drive.

We had such a great experience here. Very nice facilities. Bathrooms were clean, and their lounge/community room was very nice! The best part was the manager, Kym. She really went way above and beyond to make our time in Albuquerque relaxing, and memorable. Very kind! She is the #1 reason we would return if the opportunity arose.

Our experience with High Desert RV park was exceptional! Thanks to Kym and Mimi who work in the front office! We were experiencing mechanical problems with our RV and these two ladies went above and beyond in accommodating us as we had to extend our stay. We highly recommend High Desert RV park!!!!

Advertising says Big Rig RV friendly. We are 43’ with a tow vehicle. They are absolutely not. We are squeezing into a barely long enough space for our coach and had to unhook tow. Beware. Also lots of live in trailers and old old units. Fine for one night on the road but no more.

What a cool place!!!! I called and the owner answered immediately and said she had a space available and she would even wait until I arrived (about 10 minutes after closing hours). They have fenced dog yards at each corner of the park, which was a must for my two little dogs. There wasn't any dog waste in the yards and they had tools to pick up after your dog. They were so clean and didn't smell. They had really cool metal statues dotted around the property. The office and a small cafeteria inside as well as some essentials. The entire park is fenced and even has a gate that is closed after hours. If needed, you can enter after hours with a code. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at High Desert many times due to its convenient location to I-40. The property is clean and well maintained by their friendly staff. With it being so near I-40, you might expect to hear road noise, but we have never noticed it. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip this way.

Right off I40. Convenient yet noisy. 15-20 minutes to town. Lady at front desk was very nice. Cool sculptures all over park. Everything is dirt so very dusty. Yes it’s the desert. Many “full timers” in park with crap everywhere around their sites. They give you a list of rules to follow when checking in, if you don’t follow them you’ll be asked to leave. All are common sense and common courtesy, yet the full timers break 1/2 of them every day and are allowed to stay. We had to look at one our whole stay (5 nights) Major turn off. Clearly park admin doesn’t care or they would address it.
