We miss living there . It's not a hotel. It's an RV park.

Although we were just riding through to see if there were any for sale signs, we loved the place from the get go! Turns out there is a place we will tour in the next day or so. The owner was very pleasant over the phone and all the reviews you can see were exemplary! See you at Highland Oaks!

Nice park with lots of shade! Laundry room and shower house were nice and clean. Very friendly people, both staff and residents. Would highly recommend!!

Nowhere on their Facebook does it say it's a 55+. They waited until we pulled in to tell us that and also that it'll be $4 more for a 3rd person. You would think they would let you know these things BEFORE you get there.

LARGE Spacious sites with nice concrete patio areas complete with a table. Extremely well maintained and clean. Very friendly staff. Well appointed laundry facilities and clean showers. Each site is full hook up complete with 2 water sources.... 1 is city water for your RV the other is well water for outside cleaning without all the chlorine from municipal water system. Truly A Hidden Gem with GREAT Rates

This is a well kept, clean, quiet park. We had a wonderful extended stay during winter 2020-21. You will never meet nicer, or friendlier people anywhere. Our site was level with full hookups and 50amp elect, concrete patio area, and plenty of space between sites. We will definitely be going back.

Always look forward to seeing everyone at Highland Oaks. Friends eventually become "family". We all have tons of fun with all the activities planned or impromptu. Sherry and Dave are awesome and you can feel the love emanating from them!! You won't find a more friendly atmosphere!!

My aunt stayed there. It's a clean well maintained home to many retiree snowbirds. When I drove up they were having a loud fun party at their community house and it seemed everybody know everyone. They gave me directions and looked after my dear Aunt while she insisted on living far away from family. She researched placed before choosing this one. It's close to a dollar general not far from hospitals and doctor offices and neAr many restaurants and churches. Not gold cart near but driving near.
