Location & wifi were good. Site was awful. Site was small with no privacy, the entire site was unlevel, our tent pad was unlevel and only a foot from the road, not dark due to being so close to the building with lights on all night. Also, they did trick or treating and had activities which was nice for kids but they shut down the campground(no driving to or from sites) without notice.

This is a great campground! Tent sites have a mulched tent pad, and are spacious although sorta close to other sites. The camp store has a lot of cool things and they will physically bring you ice and firewood right to your site when you call it’s like room service💕 they are super friendly. The showers were clean and the property is well maintained. There is a dog park, a rc car track, and gem mining.

Our stay was wonderful, we so loved our spot. The cleanliness and helpful staff made our stay awesome. The entire campground was very quiet and clean , food was fantastic and delivered to our camper amazing. We are already planning our next trip to same spot .

Check in was quick and easy. The bathrooms were super clean. We stayed on site #1 which was back-in water and electric only but we really loved the privacy. We had woods behind us instead of other RVs. For us, that was better than having full hook up. Sometimes an RV park is just a big parking lot with trailers on top of each other and no trees. This KOA did not feel that way. They also provided a complementary bundle of firewood which was very nice.

The location is quite nice, featuring a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. However, the access road could use some repairs, as it has several potholes and uneven surfaces that make it less enjoyable to navigate. Additionally, I wasn't particularly fond of the campground's positioning on a hillside, as it can be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues. That said, the individual sites themselves are lovely, providing ample space and natural beauty, which certainly enhances the overall experience.

I would recommend this campground to everyone!! VERY nice and well kept. The staff that we interacted with were very polite, friendly and helpful. Our campsite was very nice and clean with a patio and outdoor furniture and gas grill. We will definitely be back in the future!!

I’ve always trusted staying at a Koa, but this one honestly has been one of our favorites. The staff’s service was exceptional and they were always willing to help. The restrooms were clean, and the grounds were too. I highly recommend this camp to anyone who is visiting Hocking Hills. My fur baby also loved it.

The location ia great. Only 10 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park. The sites and bathrooms are extremely well maintained. This was my favorite KOA I have ever stayed at. Everyone we came in contact with during our stay was friendly and helpful. My son brought the Gem Package and we have some fudge at the shop. We swam in the pool and took walks around the grounds. I would absolutley stay here again. We had such a relaxing, wonderful time. Thanks to the staff for such a great experience.

Overall, a very good stay. The staff were friendly and our cabin had everything we needed. This particular KOA is less child-centric than some we’ve stayed at, and that is the only drawback. The playground was very basic and shoved off out of the way. I literally only saw my kids play there. The pool was the best spot at the location, and it was a very good size and temperature. On other KOAs we’ve come to appreciate the bouncy pillow as a fun feature, and in some parks it is centrally located, and all the kids gather there. This makes for a great trip, and a feature we look for as a family. If you don’t have young children, than it likely doesn’t matter. The birding path is not much of a path, needs to be run through with a ATV, and should be marked. It seemed like we were just lost in the woods. The young lady with glasses and blond hair at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, but all staff was helpful. Please let all guests know their check in and check out times, and point out where all bathrooms and showers are. Thank you, we had a good time!

Overall, this was a great KOA location . The staff were kind and friendly. The grounds were very well kept. We stayed in a cabin that had one queen bed and a bunk bed. The cabins have AC. It's close to a lot of area attractions. They just added level 2 EV car charging stations. $10 for 4 hours of charge. My only complaint is the bathrooms. The toilets always looked as if they didn't flush all the way. There was poop in the toilets and on the floor. There was also toilet paper soiled with poop on the floor in several stalls. And it only got cleaned at the stated time. I feel like it's unacceptable. If there is a mess in the bathroom and it's unsanitary, it should be cleaned immediately.
