Lots of available spots at a reasonable price. Kind of a hike to town but scenic. Better than paying $20 or $30 to park closer in. Super clean porta potty on site.

One of the happiest times of my life was when I got a call that I could get a Seasonal Site!! That was 9 yrs ago. Unfortunately I had to Sell because like the rest of the world that ended up being the price kept going up. I couldn't keep up and blew up my Credit Cards to stay. I Loved it here!! My neighbor's Mary & Steve are the Best!! I hope who bought my Camper brings him happiness & joy just as I did. All the Best to Larry, James, Louis, Chris & Lisa that are wonderful. Who knows, maybe someday I'll return. Thanks for everything!! Be Safe & Healthy

Such a cute campground with huge bath house. Walking distance to the water, a nice lighthouse and a short drive to Ptown and Truro vineyard. Our site was big enough to fit 2 large tents and 2 cars. The man who runs the office was so sweet! Can’t wait to go back

We love to be there. Our favorite family time together. The camping site, ocean, beach are awesome! P-town just 10 minutes away.

Very expensive for a campground with no wi-fi, cable, pool... Also, don't depend on having the ability to run your air conditioner. If the campground is full & temps high it may shut off. However, the sites are spacious and shaded. Nice clean dog run. Close to P-town.

Done with this place. Rude staff. There Price gougers. I booked site months in advance for over $200. To find out when I got there you have to pay an extra fee to lock that campsite. And nobody even stayed at the site we originally booked. So why would anybody pay extra fee to lock site when you pick site when booking. Makes no sense. There crooks! Also check out is 11 but family that was taking down camp on my new site didn’t leave til we’ll over 1230. When I said something to staff the women was very rude and told me I should leave and give them more time. Cutting into my vacation stay. Used to love this place never going back. And bathrooms are disgusting and barely cleaned.

Great campground with clean bathrooms and showers. All the staff members that our group interacted with were friendly. The sites were spacious and well shaded. We will definitely be back again!
