Beautiful location and the folks are so friendly and accommodating. We had tire troubles and a late arrival. A great package was waiting for us to get us settled after hours.

The entrance is on the downside of a hill. You have to have excellent brakes. They put us between 2 existing rvs with another across from us in the tightest possible spot. Better sites were available. We had something, nuts?, hitting us ALL night. When leaving in the morning, our route was thru gravel roads with bridges out. I do not recommend this KOA!!!

Looks nice, BUT dangerous activity and no concern for families safety. MOLD all over the cabin mattress, cigarette butts everywhere, dogs off leash running around one even pooping right next to our fire ring. If you like chaos this is the place for you! My family and I are avid campers. We have three small children and this time decided to get a cabin. Ended up leaving a day early because of the conditions and the other campers being such idiots… and that’s the nice way to say it. Signs in cabin prohibit use of propane on the cabin deck yet what do we see? 3 other cabins in our area, all with huge propane grills and portable heaters right on the wooden deck under the porch. Did staff say anything? No. So thank you fellow campers for putting my family in danger for your own enjoyment. No smoking… yeah right! Every cabin around us was a cigarette chimney with some even smoking cigars. Does staff do anything? No. Again, thank you for considering campers around you…. So thoughtful. We have stayed in KOA cabins before, and they have the standard plastic mattress. That is what we were expecting. Here? No, they are old disgusting mattresses and when my husband flipped it over to put the sheet corner on, we discovered the underside was COVERED in MOLD. Good thing we brought our sleeping bags, we just layer down a tarp and slept outside or in the car. Campfires, it’s not camping without one, yet we expect safe fire practices. Twice we noticed the people in the cabins next to us went to sleep with the camp fires still going…. Not just embers, full flames just unattended. We also noticed many of the campers chopping limbs off trees for firewood, which lead to a frightening encounter for my son. One of our fellow campers walked right into our spot and started ripping tree branches off the tree. My little son heard it and was convinced it was a bear and burst into tears. He said he thought only bears would ruin trees like that…. No son, unfortunately people are much less considerate than animals in nature. Tried to do laundry…. None of the machines work. One had an out of order sign, the others did not. I give two stars because the bathrooms were somewhat clean, the rest, stay away if you can! After all this we left. Who knows if they will even notice these things. It seems like a feee for all here, use at own risk.

No doubt this KOA campground deserved fair reviews at one time but not now. Current management subscribes to the shoulder shrugging school of business... just play dumb and hope the customer shuts up. Our site was too small for our motorhome and towed vehicle. The Yellow shirt shrugger suggested the KOA web site is difficult to navigate and sometimes does not update correctly and we should have called directly to get what we wanted. Had garbage and trash bags in the fire pit when we arrived. Landscape timber retaining walls were severely eroded in several places making it difficult and very dangerous to set up our RV. Speed limit is posted at 10 mph. Unfortunately the help blows up and down the roads at 20 to 30 mph. Think people walking, people walking with dogs or maybe just kids walking with dogs. And we can't forget about the employee pulling 15 kids with a makeshift barrel train at 20 to 30 mph and doing cookies in front of the office. Wow! He was really cool. Seen any personal injury lawyers staying here recently?

Great location to downtown. Bathrooms were clean. Parking was tight so if you have a larger rig make sure to reserve a pull threw. We were in the Garden pull threw site right near the front entrance. Lots of activity but got quieter after the weekend. Dog park was nice and pool looked good.

Great campground. Staff friendly & all facilities were kept nice and clean. The entrance to the camp is fine but coming off the service road can be tricky- this has nothing to do with the KOA campground it’s a Hot Springs city/Garland county road maintenance issue. Wonderful campground will definitely return

We stayed here this weekend & had a great time!! We were in cabin 1 & it had ac, a tv, bunk beds, a full sized bed, picnic table, & fire pit. We loved the store & the campground was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great RV Park! The staff was very nice. We stayed on lot D-22 which is a gravel lot and had a private fenced in yard for a 8lb fur~baby 🐶 it also had a gas grill, table & chairs and 2 rocking chairs on a concrete pad. There was a waste station and artificial grass for pet business. Each site had a fire pit. They offer little cabins you can rent if you don’t have a RV. There is also an onsite store that carries miscellaneous RV needs, ice, souvenir shirts, ice cream & Fire wood. There is a coin Laundry room onsite. There is a play area for children & they have a six car little train they ride the kids around in the evening. Fun activities for the kiddos. We didn’t use the pool but, they do have one. We had shade trees, which kept us shaded most of the time except for high noon. We enjoyed 4 night here.

Stayed in an RV site. Sites definitely need to be upgraded. While sites were fairly level, wood retaining walls between and behind sites are deteriorating. Bathrooms were clean and staff were friendly. There are zero views from campsites. Views are driving to and from campground. Our views consisted looking at campers behind, beside and in front of us. Very surprised that this campground meets KOA requirements, as MANY of the campsites need repairs. With that said, location, location, location. I stayed for the location. Campground was quiet.

Beautiful campground! They were redoing some sites and unfortunately didn’t have the water hooked up ours. We got to use the water hook up on next site over which had some rocking chairs with a beautiful view. Was very nice that the site had a fenced dog run that was good sized for our two dogs.
