Great spot to camp! We camp here every fall and fish the river, it’s a gem. Clean and quiet campground, trails to the river, heated bathrooms(!!).

We came thru here 2 yrs ago and planned to come back with our travel trailer. We were not disappointed at all. Other campers are friendly. Camp host are awesome. It's very difficult to just drive in and get a spot. We reserved 9 months ago for river front spots. It's well worth the effort to stay here. We will return in the future.

We usually don't stay in RV parks because we have a smaller rig and prefer more rustic campgrounds. We stayed at Howard Miller because friends had reservations there and asked us to join them. That said, this was an exceptionally clean, well run facility. The sites were level, the trash was emptied, the bathrooms were clean. They also upgraded us when we checked availability of better sites a week before we arrived. I highly recommend if you have a bigger rig, need electrical hookups in the area, or if RV parks are your jam.
