So they recently became contact free because of COVID, which is understandable, but when I call and try to pay my rent over the phone there is no answer. I have called multiple times (probably about 15-20 in a day) for the past 3 days and no answer. DO NOT rent here, and as soon as I get a hold of someone I am immediately moving my stuff out.

I had a great experience using this facility from July 2016- Jan 2017. The office manager was friendly & they have a very generous deployment discount. They do automatic payments on your card the first of the month & this was convenient for me. The climate controlled unit & 24/7 surveillance monitoring gave me peace of mind that our home good were safe for the months we were out of state. We would definitely use them again.
