Overall we really liked the campground, but had one frustration. The campground was clean and in a good location for the things we wanted to do. We really liked the cabin. We got a fairytale cabin and it was a nice size for the five of us. My kids absolutely loved the mini golf and the pool. Our one complaint was that the karaoke went until 12:15 AM three of the nights we were there (it started at 7:30). We are all for people having fun and appreciate good activities like karaoke, but it was so loud that we could not sleep and quiet hours were supposed to start at 11. When on the third night the karaoke again was still going at 11:30, we called and texted the number provided that we were to contact with any problems to ask if it would be ending soon because of having trouble sleeping, but nobody answered and we never heard back from them. It was honestly enough to make us unsure if we would want to stay in the campground again. It was a really nice place, but it was a hard place to stay with our little ones because of all the noise. I was unsure whether I should give this three or four stars. Again, it was very nice, but I was frustrated by the late night noise and that they never responded to our concern. Still, we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay overall.

We have been here 2 times in the past 4 months! From knoxville it is a quick 1 hr drive. The campsite offers several activities daily to entertain the kids. Several of the campsites are located directly on streams and cabins are also available for those that don't have rvs.

We previously wrote a poor review based on some issues with the camper. However, I'm changing that based on the amazing service. If I remember correctly (Gavin) came out pretty late (close to 10) to try and fix the issue. Everyone in the office is ridiculously nice, the grounds are super clean. Had we been more experienced campers I think we would have had a more pleasant experience in the camper. We plan to visit again in the summer and plant to stay here again but instead book a cabin. :)

This is our favorite campground in this area, it's run by a great family with friendly helpful staff. We stayed in the 37ft rental camper and for our family of 4 it was very roomy and comfortable. This unit has 3 slides with a double bunk area, queen bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen equipped with basic kitchen and cooking utensils. When you stay here you do need to bring your own bedding and bath towels. The mattresses are very thin and uncomfortable so I do recommend bringing either extra fluffy bedding or thick mattress pads to help you sleep well. Other than that this is a great camper to rent.

This was my first vacation in over 15 years, and our first family vacation with my significant other. So choosing a favorable campground was paramount, although difficult not being familiar with the area. HOURS went into selection a campground. I read reviews, articles, and even looked at satellite photos. We wanted something that had a good camping atmosphere (a lot of the surrounding campgrounds were like pulling in a parking lot and setting up camp) but also wanted a place with decent amenities (elderly parents were following along and staying in their conversion van). I can honestly say I could not have been happier. The campground has a very festive vibe. The facilities offered mini golf, evening movies, giant chess, game room, pool, trash pickup, and a gift shop with supplies and ice cream (which my father said was the best he had during our stay in Gatlinburg) and much more. I didn't use their restrooms or bath house much but my father said they were well kept and clean. And best of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing's worse than staying at a place you don't feel wanted. It was an amazing stay, thank you Imagination Mountain! (Site 24, pop up truck camper and white conversion van week before last ;) )

This Campground is pretty awesome. The staff is very nice and they are going through a management change. Shane and his wife were great to meet and to get to learn about how they came across the campground. There is a lot to do with this particular Campground including Putt-Putt, access to the Great Smoky Mountain National Trails, playing in the Creeks, fires, and just about anything you can think of. They also play movies every night and have activities throughout the week for the children. We stayed in a year which was pretty nice. Just a little bit of advice is to run the heat all through the day and through the night if you want to keep warm on a cold night. The only downfall is that the sites are really close to one another. We are right next to where they could supposedly put two tents however we were lucky enough not to have to deal with the neighbors there. However you are camping and you would be hanging out with other campers which would be okay. Pretty cool place overall.

We had a great time here last week. The showers in the bathhouse are only push button, but they warm up nicely and were clean. We had our four teenagers with us and they enjoyed the putt-putt golf and the giant chess board. They also made use of the beautiful creek that flows around the entire park. The spots are close together, but it still feels spacious. Very cozy and relaxing with all of the trees and the creek. Definitely keeping this one saved for future trips!
