Recommend 100%! Outstanding customer service from the IN RV Storage team of professionals. We stored our RV here for over a year. This is an expertly run family business that welcomed us with open arms. The location is perfect next to I-10 with easy frontage access, 1/4 mile to gas station, and grocery across the street. No problems picking up rig for trips and the valet drop off when not open couldn't be simpler. The added bonuses of propane, dump station, and an outside service company on the property are impossible to beat. We were able to schedule oil changes and minor service appointments, and the IN RV team was able to coordinate with the outside service so everything went smoothly. We were even able to arrange for a trickle charge to keep batteries from dying when we knew there would be several weeks between trips. The indoor storage experience was fantastic and absolutely necessary to beat the extreme desert heat. These gents took great care of our Winnie!

We stored our Class A motorhome at this facility for about 9 months and only wish they had a similar facility in my hometown. The facilities are top-notch, and the fully enclosed storage assuages any fears that an RV might be accessible to any ne’er-do-well. We added their optional starting service to start and run the motor at least once a month, and during one of these sessions, it was determined our instrumentation was not working. The manager called my cell on a Saturday to report the matter - after he’d already called an on-site RV mechanic. Seems this was a chassis recall matter, and had we not been contacted or aware, it would have seriously impacted our next intended use of the coach. With this knowledge, I was able to schedule a recall session with the chassis folks and got everything solved, well before our planned trip. For these and many other reasons, I offer my highest praise.

IN RV STORAGE is truly the "Best of the Best" when it comes to RV storage facilities. I've had my Class B Pleasure Way van in storage there since 2005 and that says something! They make sure to move each out vehicle once a month so the tires don't get flat spots; they check your batteries monthly, adding water if necessary; they run your generator every month also. Their staff is a big part of why I rate it with 5 stars. They're professional, knowledgeable (when I ask questions about how something on my van works...duh! I'm 80), they make suggestions when I ask something like, "Do I need to run it at high speed...65-70, or just 45 on the frontage road before I take it through emissions?"...the answer was yes. They have forms to keep track of "if/when" people will be taking their vehicles out and when they'll return and make note of that and the mileage. When I need to have service at the adjacent facility (Freedom RV) they co-ordinate that with them and pull out my vehicle when it's time. They have a variety of space sizes to fit your need and move the RVs, boats, etc carefully so nothing every gets dinged.They send out statements each month and for convenience I have my rent taken out automatically from my bank. They have a dump tank there and propane as well. They're really personable, always a smile and a welcome. I'll probably think of other things great about them after submit this, but you know how happy I am with everything about their facility and staff. Pam Ericson

IN was recommended by a close friend. Everything they said about this facility and staff is true. Fantastic storage site - safe, secure, clean, spacious, and co-located with service provider. The staff are second to none. The Manager, Carlos - absolutely wonderful - worked with us patiently to through the pains of "first motorhome ownership" and the delays in getting our delivery. Carlos worked with us to ensure we had space for our RV and it has been a great experience. The RV receiving and delivery team is fantastic - Hector (I think that is the correct name) is such a great guy. So incredibly polite and willing to ensure everything is done "just right." Can't say enough about these guys. We have since recommended this company to our friends and they indicated they too, will home their RV there.
