Indian Point Park
Overview
Indian Point Park is a premier destination managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, located on the scenic shores of Table Rock Lake. This park offers a tranquil, wooded environment that serves as a natural escape from the bright lights of nearby entertainment districts. With its combination of shaded campsites and easy water access, it provides a classic Ozark camping experience that emphasizes outdoor recreation and the peaceful beauty of the Missouri landscape.
Location & Surroundings
The park is situated on the Indian Point peninsula, reaching deep into the clear waters of Table Rock Lake. Its location is strategically perfect for travelers who want to be close to the action while staying in a serene environment. The campground is surrounded by dense hardwood forests and rolling hills, offering a sense of seclusion despite being only a few miles from the famous Silver Dollar City theme park and the bustling attractions of the Branson area.
Amenities & Park Features
The park features over 70 campsites, many of which are equipped with 30 or 50-amp electric hookups to accommodate modern RVs. While individual sewer connections are not available, the park provides a well-maintained on-site dump station and multiple fresh water fill points. Travelers can also take advantage of the following amenities:
- Clean restrooms with flush toilets and hot showers
- A paved boat launch ramp for easy lake entry
- A designated swimming beach and playground area
- Picnic high-quality tables and fire rings at every site
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Recreation centers around the water, with fishing, boating, and scuba diving being top activities on Table Rock Lake. For those who prefer dry land, the park is less than two miles from the entrance of Silver Dollar City, making it a convenient base for theme park enthusiasts. Additionally, the Indian Point Marina is just a short drive away, offering boat rentals, fuel, and supplies for a full day of exploration on the water or at the nearby Branson Strip.
Who This Park Is Best For
This campground is ideal for families and boaters who appreciate a more rustic, natural setting over a highly manicured private resort. It is a fantastic choice for RVers who value spacious sites and a quiet atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing in Branson. If your travel style involves campfire cooking, lakeside sunsets, and proximity to world-class fishing, Indian Point Park will feel like the perfect fit for your Missouri adventure.

I usually rate COE campgrounds as 5 star but this place missed the mark for several reasons. The only restroom and shower was small and way on other end of campground from us. We have a small 20' travel trailer but the camp site barely accommodated it and our truck. Site was not level and smelled like the last occupants emptied their black tank there. There was electric 30 amp only and water hook up. No sewer. The road thru the campground was narrow with turns. I would not recommend this place for larger rigs, 5th wheels or class A or trailers over 28 or 30'. The distance between sites was very good, with good privacy. Lots of shade and trees ( watch for low branches.) Price was great with my Senior lifetime pass. $12.50 per night. Avoid site 13!

Paved sites. Many sites with no lake view. Decent bathrooms with showers.

The swimming in mid September was warm and Great. Almost no other people at the beach! The camp sites were level, paved and very clean $21 per night w/ electric and water. If you have the Nat'l Park lifetime pass the price drops to $10.50 per night! The Marina is adjacent to the campground and is clean, wide, and gradual for launching. At the marina is the Floating Cafe with good food. Just outside the main gate are resorts. 2 of them have small grocery stores for supplies and food. About 15 minutes to the Branson Strip and the shows. About 5 minutes to Silver Dollar City which you pass on your way to the campground. Lots of trees for shade, too. Couldn't be happier with this discovery as their web site did not show me 90 per cent of what I wanted to know...So the roll of the dice paid off this time!
