I would have given 5 stars, however there is no running water in March. Had to fill my fresh water tank. They don't turn the water on until sometime in April. They did allow me to fill my fresh water tank at the bath house.

clean restrooms, no one else around, but felt safe. Security did its rounds frequently. Super close spots, so not much room for a bump out of you have a neighbor, which we did not.
