Overall it was pretty decent. The location was nice and close to everything. The campsite felt new and renovated. The biggest complaints for us was how dirty the water was and it smelled like copper. Our water filter was also brand new, just bought it less than a week prior to visiting. The sites are also not level and the gravel was extremely narrow. For how expensive this stay is I’d have expected a much higher quality for the sites. Outside of the sites, the place was nice, clean, and full of amenities.

Very well maintained campground. We love traveling here with our friends from Ohio. The kids have a great time at the pool and they have plenty of buddy sites so we can camp side by side. Just had a great time again this past weekend. Looking forward to being back next season!

Stayed at an absolutely beautiful site that even had its own dog park. We were not able to enjoy our site at all. A bus of 4 teenagers were allowed to take over the area with their electric scooters, racing as fast as possible up and down the sites, from the moment we arrived until nighttime. (9 hours, with only a break to recharge). Their parents made it clear they were not going to stop the behavior. We did call the office when the scooters started whizzing through the driveway of our site. The result was that they started driving over the grass between our sites, tearing up the grass and creating ruts and mud. And did not stop racing the scooters. ****THERE SHOULD BE A RULE TO DISALLOW ELECTRIC SCOOTERS*** Truly beautiful sites with great amenities that we were not able to enjoy at all.

We stayed in a premium RV site for 4 nights with swings and a fireplace. It is so nice to set out at night under the lighted gazebo. This KOA is clean, well manicured and it has a nice pool that kids will love. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed walking and seeing the cabins that were available to rent. It also has a nice gift shop. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back.

This is a very nice campground. It has all the things you come to expect at a KOA. It has a nice pool, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. The sites even for a pull through was spacious. If you are in the back section of the campground you have a long walk to the shower/bathroom. They have a nice trail and bridge over a stream that runs through the campground but the trail ends right at a campsite. It would be nice if the campground would complete the trail all the way to the bathroom. The only option campers in the back section have is to either walk through campsites or walk a long way around. This can be a challenge with small children that when they say they have to go probably had to go a long time ago. Overall we enjoyed our four days stay and will certainly use the campground again.

5 Stars – Great Updates and a Comfortable Stay! We had a great experience at the Indianapolis KOA! The campground has seen a lot of updates and upgrades recently, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The new washer and dryer in the laundry room were a much-appreciated touch—clean, efficient, and easy to use. We absolutely loved the new glamping tents—they’re a fun and stylish addition that really elevate the campground experience. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into improving the facilities. While everything was overall very clean and well-maintained, some of the RV sites could use a bit of weeding, and we didn’t see much staff around tending to the grounds during our stay. Also, we wish the office stayed open an extra hour in the evening for a bit more flexibility. That said, it’s a beautiful spot with a lot to offer, and we’ll definitely be back. Great job to the team on all the recent improvements!

We recently stayed KOA GREENFIELD campground (May 9 and 10) drawn in by the attractive amenities shown on your website—especially the pool, splash pad, gaga ball, and pickleball courts, which we were excited for our kids to enjoy. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that all of these facilities were closed, despite the beautiful weather. There was no information on your website or during the booking process to indicate that these amenities would be unavailable. This was extremely disappointing, as these features played a big role in our decision to choose your campground. Additionally, on Saturday morning, a tractor was operating very close to our campsite while children were playing nearby. This posed a serious safety concern, and we had to go to the office to request that the work be stopped, which thankfully it was. While the campground itself is beautiful, the experience did not match what was advertised. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we do not plan to return and cannot recommend it to others unless improvements are made in communication and safety.

We stayed at the Indy KOA Holiday in our RV with our reactive dog. The staff kindly gave us a site on the edge of the park right next to a huge beautiful pasture which made exercising our touchy dog easy and pleasurable. We arrived after hours and had no trouble finding our welcome packet at the office and then our RV spot. If you intend to do laundry before/after hours, be sure to bring your own quarters - there is no change machine. The shower stalls were a little small, but they were clean and the water was nice and hot. The horses were fun to see.

Our stay was nice. We arrived late and we were able to find our cabin easily with the map. Our cabin was close to the bathrooms and playground. We stayed here 2 years ago and it looks as though they have upgraded several of the spots. They now include lighted pergolas with attached swings and hammocks. Checkout was easy and the staff was friendly.

Staff is friendly and will bring your pizza to your site; but not informed or vigilant about weather conditions, which should be a part of responsible management and decision making is a little lax. The over night stay turned into a less than pleasant experience. Checking in we asked if there was a possibility of flooding in the upgrade site we had, which was close to a stream. The answer was no we should be fine it is the other side of the stream that floods. It has been a very stormy season with a ban of storms from Texas through this area. The ground was saturated to begin with and during the night, the storm was bad we were up at 4:30am and things looked to be OK so we went back to sleep. When we woke up early we had the front of our motor coach sitting in water. We had a pull through which became a back out situation. Unhooking the tow vehicle, removing the stone guard and getting the vehicle to higher ground, then hubby backing the coach out and getting it to higher ground and hooking up the tow vehicle after the two of us walked down to get the stone guard from our site. I would highly suggest anyone staying at this RV park to know the weather before you go and do not expect to have anyone go around to see if everyone is OK. I understand this does not happen often but these storms had been forecast for days and this should have been considered and monitored carefully. This area has flooded before and the drainage from roads, etc pour into a retention pond and the creek (I guess). We even had to go out of the RV park on the enter side of the roads as the out bound side was under water. We pray that the staff will take this as corrective criticism and up their game when bad weather is forecasted.
