The staff (Grace and Michelle in particular) were so helpful and made everything so easy. From signing the documents, to loading the units, the process was seamless. At move-out, the staff facilitated with the moving company and were generous enough to give us a discounted rental rate. Grace was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a 10x10 unit, she showed me several sizes and broke down the prices for me so I could rent with confidence. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to access. Each time I’ve been there I have found multiple wheeled carts available to bring stuff in with just inside the secure outside door which is very convenient.
