We've been Interbay Self Storage for 4+ years with no problems & no issues. The cost is reasonable enough so, living in northeast ST. Petersburg, it's worth the drive. Management always friendly and helpful.

I was having a completely terrible day when I visited this store today to inquire prices and sizes. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with smiles and an overall positive, friendly and welcoming environment. the owner greeted me and offered his help. I was surprised at how knowledgeable the entire staff was on every aspect of the company. The experience the owner gave me changed my entire day for the better and I will 100% be choosing this location when it comes time to store my belongings. As long as this staff is on hand I will happily tell my friends and family about this facility. I want to thank you for everything and making a random customer coming through the door feel special and valued. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I can't really talk about the few situations that happened to other people but I have to say that the owners here are really nice and helpful. The facility is very clean and it is climate controlled at a price much better than other places. Some people complained about things not working. The only thing I noticed was one time I went to go into the main facility and the key pad wasn't working right. I called the owner who got there pretty fast and he let me in. Later that day it was fixed. Unfortunately once in a while things need servicing but I've never seen the owners just leave things broken. The two owners that own this place have always been extremely nice to me and they happen to care about the military.
