Chad is awesome! He promptly took me to the storage unit, showed its current condition (immaculate), supplied simple instructions, and even answered all of my questions. He lives on site, which is neat and offers high sense of security.

Chad does an awesome job managing the property! I had an instance were I was in my locker past the deadline and he politely let me know what time it was so that way I could exit the property before the gates were shut off. I feel safer knowing that he overlooks the property to insure my stuff is safe. I would not recommend any other facility over this one. I have rented a from a few facilities before this around the area and Interlink Storage is by far the best experience I’ve had yet.

I came to interlink storage looking for a place to store something I absolutely love but couldn't keep at my house and so far with about 4-5 months in I will always recommend this storage facility. Chad is an absolute stand up guy and takes pride in his service to his customers. Personally I can say he has gone above and beyond what is required for good customer service and is just over all a very easy guy to talk to. The price per unit is some of the cheapest I've seen compared to near by facilities, complete with cameras covering every angle of the facility to help make sure that your belongings stay safe and locked away. Overall, Chad not only provides a great storage facility service, but provides a great service to his customers, all at a price that you really can't be too mad about!

Sharing to spread awareness. Please check your units FREQUENTLY. I had a LOT of stuff stolen from my unit between the 16th and 27th of December. The camera that was on my row of units wasn’t even facing my row. Essentially there was no camera on my row to record anything happening. When I brought this up, I was told that since my lock was not tampered with, and I’m the only one in possession of my 3 keys and gate code, it’s my responsibility of who comes in and out of my unit. These pictures are from inside of my unit where it’s clear that someone came over the top of my unit and stole from me. Be AWARE of all of your items in your unit. Take accountability of your items and inventory them. Take pictures of the things in your unit before you leave it. I noticed a box right in front of my roll up door that wasn’t there when I last left it (on the 16th of Dec) and my light bulb was unscrewed.
