They don't do refunds but will give u credit to use later if u take ur car out early. However they recently discontinued outside car storage. Instead of new resolution for this issue people r still coming to take their car out early with credit they cannot use towards anything if this is the only service they need. With new service and business changes management ought to provide parallel resolution instead of enforcing old rules on their new changes. It just shows lack of customer service on the owners and management.

Only thing I don't like is not having lights inside! Other then that, its awesomely spacious!

Do not choose any storage units from F or in the back. The staff said there are no security cameras back there. My unit was broken into 3X in 3 years. The thief stole items that had sentimental value. The staff later explained that someone had been arrested for the break-ins. I was offered a new space after i discovered the 3rd break in but the damage was already done after the first break-in.

We called on March 30th- to see if they had a unit available in the size we needed for the next day. We asked if needed to come in that day to get it all set up, they said no, we have one reserved under your name. No problem, see you Saturday. The website and facebook say they are open Saturdays 9-6. We showed up at 11am on Saturday morning w/ a full UHaul- and NO ONE was there, no one was answering the phone. Their website and facebook did not indicate they would be closed on Saturday for the Easter weekend. The person on the phone said specifically when we asked- yes, we will be here, we are open on Saturday- see you tomorrow. There are still no reasons at all why they were closed. We were forced to go somewhere else at the last minute, get two rental units because they didn't have a size we needed, now paying twice the cost and caused us a lot of frustration on Saturday. Extremely dissatisfied with this business- I will never recommend them- don't use them.

First off, I rented with another company when I first moved up here because they were cheaper, and I figured there shouldn't be much difference when renting a 'self' storage unit. I sure was wrong. Anytime I had a question or problem it took days and hassle after hassle to get what I needed done. I decided to switch over and pay a little bit more and go with these guys here. Well its been almost a year since I made the switch, (Kim I believe it reads on the paper) originally helped me get into a unit and made sure all my questions were answered, and everyone else in the office since then has been more than helpful when I've needed them! thanks a ton for your caring staff and dedication!
