Jessie has helped me thru every step of the way and made sure I was gunna get my storage right away plus it was the size I needed he made sure it was what I was looking for and very friendly this man needs a promotion he doing a lot here and really is a great person

I have 2 other units and was dissatisfied with the lack of service( no manager on site) and had already secured another storage unit with another company however, on a day I was to move my items to new unit, I met with the new manager. She was fantastic and convinced me to stay with istorage. Immediately I noticed the change. The facility was cleaner and smelled clean. I hope that it continues on this path

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had cancelled two of the units that I am no longer occupying and I am still getting charged for them. I had sent multiple emails to effectively cancel the contract and I have not received a response. One of the units, was cleared out during the summer time and I am still getting late payment notices to this day. I go up there and there isn't anyone on site to address my concern.I also had auto payment sent up and it was taken off so I could get charged a late fee. DO NOT GO THERE.

First of all I would like to say Thank you to Kevin for all your help.. you made the process so easy ... Thank you for showing me different units so I can choose the right one!!! Great Job!!! (2nd) the facility needs more carts!!! I have read past reviews about not enough carts and it's so inconvenient when multiple renters are there at one time and there is only 1 cart...
