Manager works hard to keep the place clean but some people just leave a big mess

I've used istorage twice and I was with them the first time for almost two years in 2019 and my bill went up, the phone calls didn't stop I got endless emails regarding my unit and so I paid the bill, it's a a 10 by 10 for 135$ a month I had too much space which is why in 2022 I got ordered ma 10 by 5 unit online and when I got there it was smaller than I thought for 5$ more🤦🏾♀️ then before for a bigger unit. I had my bill on automatic payment and Istorage usually give you a call after trying to charge your card but didn't give me no call, email or text about my unit for two months until my belongings were up for auction. Now on a fixed income I have to pay 700$ for a bill I believed was being paid!!! I am not happy with the and when I talked to someone he didn't care that they made a mistake that I have to pay full price for!!! This guy said there's a lot of units and they just didn't get mine and I I've had access after Christmas but my bill was due for November! How?

The only problem is the overall appearance of the facility. My area had no lights and the main floor was not clean, it had debris everywhere. No carts to use to move my stuff for storage.
