I have storages my thing at this place for four months during 2022 summer. 1st, the staff registered me under someone else storage place which made me have to find another empty unit to storage my thing and I have no time to wait for the staff since I need to catch a flight. And then once I came back to pick up my thing, I found out the staff has broken my lock and some of my luggage has stolen by unknown person. Now, I still have not receive any refund either for things stolen or the monthly storage fee. Please be aware of this place, the management is messy.

Martha and Nick were so helpful and quick to respond. Even before they had officially opened and while they were waiting for an important call, they dropped everything to come help me get into my storage unit when we lost the key. The place is easy to access and well-kept!

We have had a storage unit at I storage in Evanston,IL for a little over a year. We are in the process of moving out of it to move into a new home. I have been so pleased with the great customer service from the manager Nick! He has been extremely helpful, answered all our questions and did whatever he could to be available to make this process go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend istorage Evanston and hats off to Nick for running a fine operation!

I normally don't write reviews but I wanted to leave one because I had such a great experience at iStorage! As a student, I found the rate and location to be competitive, the facilities were clean and well-kept too. The property manager, Nick, was also extremely helpful and nice and made the entire moving process easy. My friend recommended the place to me, and I will be doing the same in the future as well.
