If you place any value in your personal belongings, don't bother storing them here. Due to recent snowfall, our unit along with all of the others on our side of the building, were flooded. When this happened, the staff called and said, "Yeah, there's some water coming from your unit. You may want to come check it out." When we arrived, we found the hallway flooded and water dripping from the roof into ours and all of the other units up and down the hallway in our section. We talked to the staff again, and they said this kind of thing happens whenever there's a lot of snow or rain, meaning the facility management is aware of this problem and has done nothing to alert tenants (other than to imply that they somehow caused the problem like they did in their message to us) or fix the issue. I have used other storage companies before (e.g. Public Storage), and I can tell you with confidence this place does not deliver on what you're paying for. It isn't even cheaper than other much more reputable and higher quality places nearby. While I acknowledge you have to take a risk when storing your items at a facility like this, the fact that they knowingly have problems and still charge people as much as new facilities is outrageous. Unfortunately, I didn't select this place when we moved, but I wish I had put my foot down when my gut told me that it was bad news. I will never consider storing my belongings with this company again.

This is my go-to storage place as a student who is constantly moving. Front desk is efficient, helpful, and friendly, and the facility is clean and easy to access. I rented a unit and was in and out within 15 minutes. Rates are very reasonable. Simple and reliable, everything you want a storage facility to be! A+ and 100% recommend!

I really enjoyed the interactions, service and support received at this location. The staff is communicative and invested in helping. Moving is hard enough - these guys make it a little easier. The facility is clean, easy to access and set up with dollies/ carts you can use.

I don’t usually give 5 stars or even leave reviews at all. I felt it was necessary to do so after the excellent customer service I received. The site manager Raven went above and beyond on several occasions to make sure my needs as a customer were not only met, but she also made sure I was satisfied. Very friendly, very polite, and very good at her job. She not only helped resolve my issues, but did so with a smile. She even helped me outside of office hours, where she went above and beyond my expectations and she was happy to do it!! You just don’t see that often and it was something I felt compelled to share. 5 stars well earned and deserved.
