My experience with I storage Mary was very nice but when I called to rent unit I asked about if my TV’s would be ok in the cold and I was told I needed to rent the units with Climate Control so I agreed now almost 2 years later as moving my items out of unit I discovered that a lot of my wooden furniture was all moldy along with other items. I called the office and no answer for a few days so I called customer service and Spoke with Annie gave her details she told me basically I was LIEING and I asked for Corporate number she refused to give it to me and stated she would call them and let them know about my complaint and gave me a ticket number which is 46551 I have yet to get a response so I looked up Corporate number and called and left a message on the voicemail and I have yet to receive a call this is utterly ridiculous and I paid for Insurance on my items in my unit I need for someone to contact me ASAP.

I had a wonderful experience with this place. The manager was friendly and informative and the unit was the best deal I could find. I felt that my things were safe the entire time they were stored. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
